There is 24% unemployment in USA . We need to stop foreign work visas . End #h1-b , l1 and OPT visas @NumbersUSA

Why the visa programs like H4-EAD (work visa for H-1B spouses) & OPT weren't ended on day1!
Unlike H-1B, these visa programs weren't approved by Congress.
Trump DHS could end both programs without Congress, through rule making process & free up 1.5 Million jobs for Americans!!

WSJ: A Princeton PhD in chemical engineering applied to 2,300 jobs, ranging from postdoctoral fellowships to corporate science jobs and software engineering positions. He still hasn’t found a job. 34% of Americans surveyed by Gallup in August said it was a good time to find a quality job.
Meanwhile, Congress is fixated on finding a way to pass a bill that staples green cards to any international student who earns a PhD in the United States.
We should start by asking why our own graduates can’t find jobs before importing more workers.

Jack Weis has applied to more than 2,300 jobs since he graduated from Princeton in 2024 with his Ph.D. in chemical engineering. He still doesn’t have a job. on.wsj.com/4sfxSLc

Its time to end the #H1B visa and the #OPT is illegal and must end!

.@JDVance is right... The H-1B program isn’t about filling a labor shortage.
Our video exposes how companies use it to bring in a steady flow of cheap, captive foreign workers.

The "best and brightest" trope regarding Indian foreign labor is a psyop. Look how shamelessly they cheat & game the system! ⬇️ #H1B #OPT #H4

#OPT should be immediately ended. International students think they are entitled to a job just because they went to school in the US. THEY ARE WRONG!!!!
America invests hundreds of billions training its own citizens. Public universities, research grants, apprenticeships, taxpayer dollars building engineers, doctors, and scientists who then compete on merit. Companies have successfully lobbied to to make it cheaper to bypass their own citizens.
Other nations treat higher education as an export business. They flood the US visa system with graduates from credential mills aimed at American employers, collect the remittances back home, and leave US taxpayers and companies holding the costs of integration, oversight, and displacement.
One side builds its own workforce. The other exports labor to live off ours while telling us we need them.
We don't and we never have. We have 340 million people in this country there isn't a single job we can't do.
Tag your politicians.

USCIS does not enforce a minimum period foreign worker must've managed people abroad to qualify for L-1 visa. A foreign worker on L1 visa has one year grace period in the US to "set up a team." There is almost no audit, and having one direct report qualifies, no more H-1B limits.
🚨 NEARLY 1 MILLION H-1B AND L-1 WORKERS IN AMERICA. AND ORGANIZED LABOR IS SOUNDING THE ALARM.
THIS ISN’T COMING FROM AN ANTI-IMMIGRATION ORGANIZATION.
It’s coming from an AFL-CIO-affiliated labor organization representing more than 4 MILLION union members.
Its February 2026 report reveals:
• H-1B: Approximately 600,000 workers
• L-1: An estimated 310,000–337,000 workers
• COMBINED: 910,000–937,000
WHAT IS L-1?
L-1 visas allow multinational companies to transfer employees from overseas offices into their U.S. operations.
• L-1A: Executives and managers
• L-1B: Workers with specialized company knowledge
And here’s what most Americans don’t realize.
① L-1 has NO annual numerical cap.
② L-1 has NO occupational prevailing-wage requirement.
③ Most H-1B employers aren’t required to recruit qualified Americans first.
④ In FY2019, 60% of H-1B positions were assigned the two lowest prevailing-wage levels.
⑤ In 2022, nearly 40% of cap-subject H-1B visas went to just 30 employers, including 17 primarily outsourcing companies.
⑥ Disney replaced approximately 250 American IT workers in 2015 with workers employed by H-1B contractors.
⑦ UCSF eliminated nearly 100 IT positions in 2017 in an outsourcing arrangement involving H-1B workers.
⑧ Internal HCL documents cited in litigation estimated more than $95 MILLION annually in potential labor-cost savings from lower-paid H-1B workers.
⑨ The report documents cases of American workers being required to TRAIN their foreign replacements before receiving severance.
⑩ L-1 employment has far less public wage transparency than H-1B, making oversight particularly difficult.
And what does organized labor want?
• Recruit qualified Americans first.
• Prevent displacement of American workers.
• Strengthen wage requirements for H-1B and L-1.
• Increase enforcement and accountability.
For years, the debate has focused almost exclusively on H-1B.
But there’s another enormous guest-worker program operating with fewer wage safeguards, no annual cap, and significantly less transparency.
And now organized labor is raising concerns about BOTH.
This isn’t simply an immigration debate.
It’s about American jobs, wages, outsourcing, and whether employers should have to demonstrate a genuine labor shortage before bringing foreign workers into the country.

Good to see Scott Jennings discussing H-1B and OPT with Rep. Riley Moore.
@ScottJenningsKY, this deserves a serious discussion on CNN.
Let’s examine the actual numbers, the impact on American jobs, and whether employers are required to recruit qualified Americans first.
This debate deserves more national attention.
H-1B and OPT programs are SCAMS that undercut and replace American workers with cheap foreign labor.
650k Americans graduated with computer science related degrees, but they’re being replaced by the 500k H1B visa holders who are mostly from China and India.
This doesn’t make sense. We need to END these SCAM programs NOW!

🚨 BOOM! Ken Paxton makes it clear: H-1B visas must serve America's best interests: "Abuse and fraud within these programs strip jobs and opportunities away from Texans."
He knows young Americans are struggling to find work. Offering someone a life in America to work for half an American's wage is not sustainable. Remember this when you vote!

A temporary visa is a student visa, H1-B visa, tourism vacation visa, seasonal worker visa, refugee visa ...
It is not a "build my new life in the USA forever" visa.
It is a temporary visa with an end date. Nobody should be upset when you don't get to stay forever.
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Trump administration ends automatic 540-day work permit extensions for H-1B workers.
The 540-day automatic work permit extension allowed certain foreign workers in the US to continue working legally for up to 540 days after their work permits expired.

Isn't it lovely to see India proudly banking its economic future on the "population collapse" of western societies? Nothing says a great ally like someone wishing demographic collapse in your country. The Indian mindset isn't compatible with Western societies.

Now you know why Indians are the top income earners in America.
All based on fraud.

Lawyer promotes the L-1A visa as the fastest way to a green card. No PERM labor certification required. She knows the hacks for Indians to get around the long backlogs. Just more tricks to further replace Americans.
NO ONE TALKS ABOUT L-1. AND THE GOVERNMENT GIVES US NO PAY DATA ON IT
H-1B gets all the attention. L-1 is the visa nobody watches:
• Multinationals use it to move their own overseas staff into U.S. jobs
• No cap. No lottery.
• No wage floor. No public pay records at all.
• No rule against laying off Americans first
• No duty to recruit U.S. workers
• Stays of up to 7 years (L-1A) or 5 years (L-1B "specialized knowledge")
• 310,000–337,000 L-1 workers in the U.S., per the AFL-CIO
H-1B at least leaves a paper trail: 6.6M filings since FY2015, searchable by employer, county and wage.
L-1 is a black box.
