just the beginning of stuff like this. but this one is badddd. there are so many random bits of the internet, many abandoned or waiting to be deprecated that run on old versions of php and will ultimately get attacked without anyone knowing (or caring).
Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.

Important: OpenAI's agents *actively tried to delete the logs of their misbehavior*, and METR can't rule out whether this happened.
AI companies need to adopt tamper-evident records, pronto.
somewhere there is a vibe coded app that doesn’t access llms via api but instead has installed claude code or whatever, logged itself in, and is just operating that way because that’s just what it decided to do
they should try playing english football idk. they do this all the time. deserved to lose (and i was Mexico all the way)
entirely unnecessary and inefficient. this city just needs to learn public transportation etiquette. (stand to the side to let people off the train, have a sense of how many gates are reasonable to use based on traffic flow, take your backpack off on a busy train, etc.)
