1st, look up ESCAMOLES, perfectly paired w/arugula citrus salad. The amuse-bouche, ceviche taco but saturated w/aguachile flavor. Pork belly w/runner beans & smoked salsas. Great use of local grown produce to highlight the pro-green aspect lost in alot of protein rich menus today
Lion's Paw Shell is the #best dish I've ever eaten. Not only does #chef Oscar have an artistic eye for plating but truely embodies traditional Mex culture w/all natural flavors. Octopus carpaccio was great but DAMN that LION'S PAW! Ready for my entree now... #Guadalajara
