- Amount received as bribe for such approvals.
- Action taken against the officer.

Gopanpally Building | CMC Safety Action
A building at NTR Colony, Gopanpally, reported to have developed cracks and tilted to one side, was inspected by CMC officials.
Following the inspection, the building was found to be in an unsafe condition. As an immediate safety measure, the occupants have been vacated and the area around the building has been restricted to prevent any risk to residents and the public.
CMC has initiated demolition of the unsafe structure as a precautionary measure to safeguard human life and property.
Citizens are advised not to approach or enter the vicinity of the building.
CMC will have no tolerance for unauthorised and illegal constructions that compromise public safety.

It is appreciable that HYDRAA is taking pioneering steps towards the protection of lakes and water bodies in and around Hyderabad.
In a recent meeting with RWAs, representatives of U-FERWAS reportedly stated that Toutani Kunta is allegedly being encroached upon and that a road is being laid within the lake area. In this connection, an approved drawing is enclosed for favour of information.
If the contents of the drawing are found to be true, we strongly condemn any such encroachment upon the lake and its buffer area. Lakes and water bodies are vital ecological assets, and any unauthorized activity may have serious environmental consequences.
Therefore, I request your good office to kindly cause a thorough enquiry into the matter and take necessary action before irreversible damage is caused to the lake.
