Until 2018 there wasn’t a single Driving Manual in India 🇮🇳! Generations of Indians grew up driving without knowing any rules because there was no book on the subject. Hence, the chaos on our roads. Malcolm & I worked hard to fix that huge gap. Today you have a choice of books vs online courses, in multiple languages. Test drive one today. #roadsafety

We need lots of awareness around this basic Social etiquette. I’m glad the government is taking some action.
🚨 If you're caught using mobile phones in speaker mode or talking loudly in trains, you could be fined up to ₹1,000. If you keep doing it, you might even face six months in jail or a fine of ₹5,000. - Southern Railways.

At a time when road accident related deaths are increasing year over year, it is heart warming to see Telangana had a 3.3% dip. That’s about 262 lives saved! This is due to the combined efforts of Rta, Traffic Police & US the public. ROAD SAFETY CAN NEVER BE SUCCESSFUL WITHOUT THE PARTICIPATION OF THE PUBLIC. Let us continue do our part to bring this number down even further! Thanks to all #safedrivers. #roadsafety

India has reached a point where a hatchback is considered a compromise, a sedan is considered boring and an SUV is considered an achievement. Even when the owner drives alone, covers 8 km a day and never leaves the city. Did SUVs become better cars, or did they become better status symbols?

We're all born left wing. Ask any kid if homeless people should be fed and housed, if everyone deserves healthcare, if bombing families is wrong, if racism is bad, if air and water should be clean, if trees and nature are good...
How are any young men left wing I genuinely don’t understand

Chinese EV seem to be at another level altogether!
This is China’s domestic EV, capable of driving through water. I believe this feature is more practical than Tesla’s flying vehicle function. In emergencies, wading through water is safer than taking flight. What do you think? Chinese domestic cars with this capability are already mass-produced. By contrast, Tesla’s version may not arrive until 2028 or later. Besides, not all countries will permit the use of such flight technology.

The idea that we need businessmen in politics because they’ll “run the government like a business” has NEVER made sense to me. A COUNTRY IS NOT A CORPORATION. CITIZENS ARE NOT CUSTOMERS. AND HUMAN LIVES ARE NOT PROFIT MARGINS. The government’s responsibility is to SERVE the people, not maximize profits, protect shareholders, or treat basic human needs like financial liabilities. PUBLIC SERVICE IS NOT A BUSINESS MODEL. HUMANITY SHOULD ALWAYS COME BEFORE PROFIT.

It's become painfully clear that structuring our whole society around maximising profit instead of the wellbeing of people and planet was a REALLY terrible idea.

This is really cool stuff, but I don’t see any practical application of Driving upside down or making midair rolls. The slightest turbulence in a plane makes ppl sick. Flying above the road part is fun, but the amount of fuel it might need to do that might be so expensive, and the training expertise you need to manoeuvre it, I don’t know 🤷🏽‍♂️ . It seems like a billionaire’s fun project, but that’s me.
OMG… the Tesla Roadster just went upside down on a half pipe and landed!

Found out my housekeeper/cook has taken a 1 lakh loan in her village, which is pretty far from Hyderabad. The interest is Rs.3000 a month That’s 36% per annum! I offered to help her by paying down Rs.10,000 so the outstanding will be 90,000. She said you cannot make partial payments to the principal, it’s all or nothing! It might be years before she can amass a lakh to pay off the loan. This surely must be illegal. This is a predatory loan to keep people in an endless cycle of debt. Can anyone throw light on the legality of this practice ?

While Musk lashes out at India's government to force Starlink into its market, he is using Starlink in Ukraine as leverage, disrupting military missions. India is right to resist: dependence on US-controlled networks invites political pressure and will destroy domestic programs

A Safety tip: When filling up full tank, ask for auto shut-off. After that do not shake and fill some more like this. The tank design ensures there are some air pockets in your fuel tank for movement and expansion during driving. Overfilling can also be a risk to the emission system, besides a safety hazard.

Another clip from Sri Lanka at Zebra crossings, people stop and wait patiently for pedestrians to cross the road without honking or rushing them. #roadsafety #srilanka

Today, it’s Ukraine. Tomorrow, it can be India. Choose your hero wisely. No outsider should determine, what happens in your home.

India may be a divided country, but when a foreign oligarch wanted to muscle his way in, the whole nation has come together across party lines to object. This should be a heart warming moment for every Indian 🇮🇳. It gives me hope & pride as a sovereign nation ♥️

In all the recent drama that’s going on about India’s dependence on foreign social media, I think the most terrifying is our complete dependence on WhatsApp. We can live without Instagram. We can live without Facebook, We can live without Twitter but we can’t live without WhatsApp! The Indian government needs to really do something about this now. All our personal & even official communications are on WhatsApp. 90% of our businesses runs on WhatsApp. Just imagine if Zuckerberg turns off WhatsApp for India, we will be in a state of national emergency. No one can communicate with nobody because we don’t know how to use SMS. It will be crippling. @narendramodi ji, I implore you to make this this a high priority National security agenda for us.
