The @NHBC warranty is useless. They don’t cover all aspects of your property so your left fixing your own problems. They also demand 2 quotes from trades. What trade has time. Pointless warranty.

Disgrace of a company. Informed the day before my Gran's funeral that flowers couldn't be delivered. They emailed instead of called meaning the next day delivery deadline was missed by 3 minutes! Refused to help or make it right. Now have no flowers for her send off #Disgraceful
