Vancouver fired its mayor...again.
Turnout jumped from 36% to over 43%. The 9th and 10th council seats were 10 votes apart.
This is what democracy looks like. The people who showed up decided.
Now the question: what will our city look like in four years?

NOT PARODY: Vancouver looked at the worst open air drug crisis in the country and voted for MORE OF THE SAME.
He opposed an involuntary care plan, called it cynical.
He says seizing drugs and arrests won't fix anything.
He promises to tackle public drug use by finding better places for people to use drugs.
He’s also promising to make traffic worse by turning 11% of roads into green spaces.
It’s beyond comprehension.
