Kids deserve a bigger role in entertainment than pressing play. Invent the hero. Build the world. Decide what happens next. I’m building Giant for my two daughters and a generation with stories of their own to tell. I wrote about it in @FortuneMagazine fortune.com/2026/10/14/giant…

Children’s entertainment has spent a century asking kids to sit still. We’re entering the era where they decide what happens next.

Prompt engineering is a terrible toy. Drawing, talking, pointing and changing your mind are much better ones.

A kid’s name in a story is a nice touch. A kid refusing to fight the dragon because they think the king is lying? Now they’re directing.

“Every single drawing that you’ve made me makes me think that you’re in my heart.” My six year old daughter just said this to me. I’m not okay.🥺 My drawing skills peaked in 1988. I’ve recently resumed my career, mostly working for an audience of one. Thankfully, she’s a forgiving art critic. We sit side by side and draw. It’s one of those rare things that makes me fully present. Just us, some paper, and whatever comes out. Lately, we’ve been uploading our drawings into Giant and turning them into worlds. Giant builds your movie in real time, and you decide what happens next. This 10-second video shows one of my questionable creations coming to life. That’s the future I get excited about. A kid invents a character on paper and gets to see it come alive. A parent with very limited artistic range gets to join in. Together, they create the journey. I’m building Giant, and even I’m still wrapping my head around what’s becoming possible. That's all for now. I've got a playdate to get back to!

We’d rather build someone’s favorite place than their favorite feed.

The incentive might be in the outtakes. A shot that’s wrong for my story can be perfect for yours. Let creators share unused generations and earn credits when someone uses them.
someone should start a free ai stock footage repository lots of people are creating the exact same shots for specific things, would save a ton of credits if there were a place people could upload / share hmmmmm, what would this look like from an incentive standpoint

My favorite test of a great character: would you want to dress up as them for Halloween?

Infinite possibilities. Choose your own adventure, except the movie creates itself as you choose. Quality up. Costs down. Every model breakthrough expands what's possible. That's Giant. An entertainment company built on the world's most powerful AI models.
Today Higgsfield crossed $1B in annualized revenue. We've grown 20x since September 2025. There’s a popular argument that foundation models will capture all the value in AI, leaving little for the application layer. Higgsfield is proving the opposite thesis, as better models expand what enterprises can achieve and increase the value of applications embedded in their workflows. That thesis is reflected in our business: 300% net revenue retention. 115% MoM growth in enterprise adoption since June. Positive gross margin since the beginning of this year. Thank you to our incredible team and everyone building it with us.

For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter. AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country. Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty. The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models. images.nvidia.com/pdf/Open-W…

The best predictor of success for tech companies, at every stage from during the YC batch to public company with billions in revenue, is the rate of shipping new stuff.

Our launch today blows up the entire GTM stack. And replaces it with one agent that takes accounts from cold to closed. Comment “Mutiny” and I’ll triple your AI credits.

Amazing opportunity...
1/ Applications are now open for Powerset Cohort 3, where top founders get their own $1M+ fund for angel investing. Like past cohorts, investment experience is not required, and founders have no administrative obligations.

When we first started Thumbtack in 2009, we had no customers, no product, no money. Our first “office” was a house, and I slept in a closet By 2019, we scaled it to $1B. Here are my 5 real-talk lessons I learned building Thumbtack from 0 to $1B starting from a CLOSET! 🧵
