Today I was heading out to take my son to the doctor. As I went to get on my scooty, I saw a bird had pooped on it. I went to fetch water to wash it. My wife asked what happened. I said a bird pooped on the scooty. She said, "Where? I can't see it." The scooty was parked with the left side facing her, and the poop was on the right side, so she couldn't see it. I moved the scooty a little and started washing it. Just then, the boudi from the house opposite came out onto the road and asked, "Who pooped on it?" Now, boudi's sister-in-law (her brother-in-law's wife) has two daughters. The elder one is named Pakhi (which means "bird" in Bengali), and the younger one is Tuni. So I said, "How do I answer that? You tell me, boudi, was it Pakhi or Tuni?" Boudi and my wife laughed like crazy. Once the scooty was clean, we headed out. Such Doge. Very Bengal 🐕🇮🇳
