To test the limits of what the latest models can do, over the last few months I've been vibe coding NeoSteel - a multiplayer mech arena browser game.
The biggest wall was the netcode - I didn't write a single line. It worked from day 1, but was super naive. Over time LLMs have gotten more noticeably more strategic about isolating issues into testable chunks, even from vague.
NeoSteel in open beta, it's rough around the edges, and you can hop in and play with friends right now: playneosteel.com/

Just published a blog post that tries to summarize all the MVP building advice I have accumulated into one place.
Most of it is targeted at not technical founders, but technical founders might find some of the workflow stuff interesting.
For the record, most of this advice is built on failures - not successes - so it's probably middling at best joeduncko.com/blog/so-you-wa…
See you there!
