ESPN is showing a replay of the 2023 Microsoft Excel World Championship- definitely not what I expected to see on television. Whoa!
Christmas tree lights are the bane of my existence. I test all lights before I put on the tree. I string the tree and then find half of one string is out. WTH!!! Gotta laugh!

Just left grocery store and they were playing Jimi Hendrix. 🙂 I'm not complaining but when did this start or is this just a Seattle thing??

50 dumbbell snatches
1 mile bike
40 reverse lunges (with or w/o weights)
1 mile bike
40 push ups
1 mile bike
50 sit ups or reverse crunches

not too hard but definitely gets your heart pumping.
This one got my heart pumping:
20 minutes on stationary bike

12 single arm snatches (each arm)
12 burpees
12 ball slams
12 reverse ab crunches
adjust based on fitness level 👍
Here's a fun one:

800 meter row
1/2 mile stationary bike
20 ab cable crunches
10 devil presses
You can thank you me later - 😀🤣
Currently in South Carolina and was woken to thunder and lightning storm - we don't get these in Seattle too often. Definitely miss them in a weird way.
Venting - my daughter graduated college in May. Secured a job offer with start date of July 15th. Today offer was rescinded. Pretty crappy and thank goodness an apartment lease was not signed. She is heartbroken. Lesson learned on protecting yourself.
My laptop’s USB ports and keyboard stopped working. 😡. Hope everyone else is having a better weekend than me. Geesh!!
Lost power Tuesday night thanks to “bomb cyclone” - still no power. Thankfully we have natural gas for water heater, stove, fireplace . Thanks @PSETalk - we know ya’ll are working your tails off.
I’m watching my 86 yr old mother cut the grass with her new lawn mower. Does this worry me? Yes, but it gives her a feeling of independence and accomplishment. She is a bad ass!
Tuesday evening, while at the gym, my daughter's wallet, car keys, and car (wife's car) were stolen. Fortunately she was not hurt - important part. I share to encourage everyone to practice situational awareness. It stinks people can be this way - stay safe and aware.
