In my talk with @Furrier from @NYSE last month, we talked about why coding has become the frontier use case for AI and if that is a red-flag. Full talk link is at the bottom of this post.
My thesis is: We are traversing through digital economy and there a lot of room to grow digitally, so, all sectors of economy are benefiting from coding. Even physical AI will have a huge component of coding, though it will be mainly done by machines.
On that note, I believe, sooner or later we will need to come up with a new term (other than coding) to describe machine generated instructions after machines learn all modes of worldly operations, including physics, chemistry, biology, human behavior, intuition, politics, and more... Some people have started to use the term "just in time code".
Related: I recently posted about the fact that what we called 'design time' phase of systems, is becoming more of 'run time' part of systems lifecycle.
In software, abstraction is the name of the game, with Ai we are going way up in abstraction and that too pretty fast.

Can enterprise AI scale without sacrificing trust?
At @UiPath FUSION, I spoke with @AndradaMorar about what it takes to orchestrate agents, automation, systems, and people with clear accountability.
@UiPath's framework "Deterministic where you can, agentic where you can’t, humans where you must."
This goes beyond technology architecture. It calls for leadership discipline.

Lovable has crossed annual run-rate revenue of $600 million, the company’s co-founder Fabian Hedin said at the HumanX summit in Amsterdam on Thursday. The vibe-coding platform in June said that number was around $500 million.

AI is getting cheaper more quickly than any other transformative tech in history. At a given level of performance, cost has fallen ~47%/quarter since 2023.
That’s 4× faster than DNA sequencing, 6× faster than compute, 18× faster than lithium batteries, and (up to 1973) 54× faster than electricity.

The most underestimated thing about AI are the original insights that will be generated that allow us to solve problems we had previously deemed unsolvable. Completely agree with @PeterDiamandis 👇🏾

The smarter AI gets, the harder it will be to control it, the godfather of AI Geoffrey Hinton says
"I don’t believe we’re going to be able to keep control of them in the simple way of just outthinking them so they can’t escape," Hinton told me at #Ai4

Currently at #Ai4 in Las Vegas. Attendees told me they waited in line for 1 hour+ to pick up their badges. It's crazy how many people are here compared to just last year.

BYD secured 11.3 GWh of battery storage in Abu Dhabi as part of a 19 GWh, 5.2 GW solar project designed to deliver clean power 24/7.
That's 2.8 GW of dispatchable capacity, roughly equivalent to the output of 2 to 3 nuclear reactors for four hours.
Every EV battery factory is now also, becoming a grid battery factory.
More EVs → cheaper batteries → more grid storage → more renewables → cheaper electricity → more EVs and battery factories.
This produces a compounding effect, as opposed to a linear trend. Industries are no longer evolving in isolation. They're accelerating each other.
BYD and Sungrow won the entire 19 GWh tender. Battery manufacturing is no longer just about cars. It's strategic infrastructure and one of the foundations of the 21st-century energy system.
Most people still think large batteries mostly belong in vehicles.
The reality is they're about to underpin civilisation, helping humanity transition toward a planetary Type I civilisation on the Kardashev Scale.
