Let me tell you something Magic the Gathering players.
If there was any definitive indication that now is the time to jump ship and come over to Riftbound, now is it.
All competitive formats are dead, and Wizards won't do jack about it. Want to play a game that actually gives a damn about you? Come to Riftbound. Theres barely even a learning curve too since the game operates with a very similar engine.
Actually the reason is set design. Oh and the artwork. Also the mechanics. Not to mention the streamlined terminology that explains what each card does. Let’s not forget the planes, each with their own esthetic and feel. And the focus on limited play for each set. Oh and
There is no feeling on this earth better than going X-0 in a draft event where you got passed an absolute bomb in pack 2 and then swapped colors to accommodate it, because how could they pass that?
Riftbound could never give me the high of a good Magic limited event.
I find these posts so funny when rift bound has very few regionals, you have to compete with bots to get into them, the rules and wording keeps needing changes because the team has no idea what they are doing, and of course the balance is awful rn. But hey, comp MTG is dying lol

Found out all my friends are playing FW on casual normal cause they “don’t like units permanently dying” while I’m on classic hard, and now I have trust issues.
We are playing different games
This is how I feel. I did not expect us to win this one, so nothing changed in that regard, but the fact that we were in it until the last play made me feel like we were gonna get the W.
Huge game for Geno, Sadiq, and of course GW, but I also think Ruckert deserves his flowers
Here’s how I look at this #Jets loss:
• Last week was frustrating because the Jets should’ve won. They had every opportunity, and the coaching decisions cost them.
• Today hurts differently. Detroit is the better team. That’s exactly why last week mattered so much: 2-1 heading into Chicago feels a lot different than 1-2.
• Sadiq looks like a beast. Garrett keeps making plays when he has a QB who can get him the ball. And Geno did everything he could today; this might be his best game of the year.
Two heartbreakers, but for very different reasons.

I really wouldnt defend Engage as much if I didnt find so many of the reasons people shit on it for just stupid and wrong 😭 like I fundamentally just dont find a lot of the criticisms valid and the ones I do find valid I still dont think justify how much vitriol the game gets
Christian hackenberg, and it isn’t close. Zach had arm talent and was always seen as a project. He was a bad pick for sure but Hackenberg went like 2 whole rounds early and kept us from drafting a QB the next year (Mahomes draft). All to never play a single snap in the nfl.
