Wow, after months of Tesla incentivizing me to reup my lease, I’ve canceled my order on the day I was to take delivery of my new car, because they completely reneged on the deal.
Who knew @SouthwestAir was so incapable of making the smallest of effort to make up for the mistakes?
I will stop singing the praises of @SouthwestAir after tonight. They stranded a bunch of us in Phoenix through a combination of incompetence and utter lack of concern for the customer. I’m going to use up my miles and choose other carriers after they’re gone.
