New to Flare or need a quick refresher?
The Flare Explainers playlist covers FXRP, FAssets, enshrined oracles, rewards, and why Flare is built for data, all through short videos that get straight to the point.

A useful piece of Flare infrastructure to understand is the Flare Systems Protocol (FSP).
FTSO and FDC rely on FSP for a shared coordination and finalization layer.
Data providers independently compute protocol results and sign candidate Merkle roots. Once signatures representing more than 50% of the active voting weight agree, the result can be finalized through the Relay contract.
That finalized root can then be used by smart contracts to verify individual pieces of data with a Merkle proof.
FSP also coordinates signing policies, validator uptime voting, reward calculation and network randomness.
So when you use an FTSO price or verify FDC data, there is a broader protocol running underneath to coordinate who participates, how much weight they have, how results reach consensus, and how they become verifiable onchain.
Worth understanding if you’re building deeper into the Flare stack. 🧑💻

It's a great Sunday to build on @FlareNetworks☀️

I’d recommend keeping an eye on these builders.
Some are already making real progress, and there’s a lot we can do as an ecosystem to help them grow!
I want to make sure I’m seeing all the active projects coming out of Flare Summer Signal.
Sometimes people tag me and X simply doesn’t surface the notification.
If you’re still building and want more visibility, drop your project below. And if there’s a project you think deserves more attention, feel free to shout it out too. 🙏

What the Flare Confidential Compute TEE keypair actually is:
Public key — publish. Verify, or encrypt to the machine. That is the TEE id.
Private key — generated at boot, stays in the enclave. Sign and decrypt. If it leaks, anyone can impersonate the machine.
ECDSA stamps (does not hide). ECIES locks (hides).

Flare Systems Deployment v1.7.0 is out.
If you run the stack, there’s no urgent upgrade deadline, but a couple of things are worth knowing before you update:
• The C-chain indexer now starts much faster and keeps a shorter rolling history.
• Run ./populate_config.sh after upgrading, as the indexer configuration changed.
• Don’t delete the old Docker volumes during the upgrade if you want to preserve your rollback path.
• If you run FDC2 verifiers on Songbird, keep using the dedicated indexer from fdc-suite-deployment.

In the last Flare Builders workshop, we explored how to build paid AI APIs with x402 & Flare Confidential Compute.
We explored how to combine:
💳 x402 for API payments
🔐 Flare Confidential Compute for secure execution
🤖 AI APIs and agents
Thanks to everyone who joined and built along with us!
Here is a small recap video of the materials, and the code is here: github.com/flare-foundation/…

⚡️ Next Flare workshop with @fassko tomorrow.
Hands-on: wire x402 payments into an AI API endpoint, run the sensitive bits (prompts, model logic, keys, private data) inside Flare Confidential Compute TEEs, and ship a complete flow that settles on Flare.
This is exactly the kind of map builders should be looking at.
There’s a lot of room for infrastructure around how users safely automate and control their XRPFi positions.
We’ve been exploring that with @KeylessAccounts on Flare 👀
Devs keep asking us “what should I build on Flare?”
This is a possible map.
Current XRPFi stack (Morpho markets, yield vaults, Firelight staking, Derive options, one-click FAssets minting…) already live: xrpfi.flare.network/defi
Now look at what’s working, and what can be improved, then build the missing pieces. ⚙️

What you can do with FXRP this weekend ☀️
• Trade XRP options & perps on @derivexyz
• Supply into @Morpho markets
• Earn in the growing XRPFi vaults
• Mint more via FAssets in one click
And much more you can find on xrpfi.flare.network/defi

How the FCC works in simple terms:
1. Smart contracts on Flare handle extension registration, TEE attestation, and instruction issuance.
2. Data providers and cosigners relay instructions once they reach the required signature threshold (using
the same signing policy as FTSO and FDC).
3. Registered TEE machines verify the threshold, execute the action, and sign the output with a key
generated inside the enclave.
4. Signed results (transactions, attestations, or computation outputs) are returned for onchain use.
TEE machines must register with reproducible build proofs so their identity and code can be independently verified.
Four accounts. Four unrelated jobs. The enclave didn't change for a single one of them.
@FlareDevHub Confidential Compute holds the key. Every policy is its own contract. Adding one is a deploy and never a redeploy of the thing holding your key.
You hold XRP.
One key can send everything, anywhere.
Keyless changes that with @FlareDevHub 's Confidential Compute.
Create accounts that each do one job: exchange/allowlist, agent spending, subscriptions, or earning- while the key stays inside the enclave.
Here's how 👇

FDC gives smart contracts a standardized way to verify facts that happened outside Flare.
Today it supports 7 attestation types.
• AddressValidity: check whether an address is valid for a supported chain.
• EVMTransaction: verify transaction data from Ethereum, Flare and Songbird.
• Web2Json: fetch Web2 data, transform it with JQ and return ABI-encoded output to contracts.
• Payment: verify payments on XRP, Bitcoin and Dogecoin.
• ConfirmedBlockHeightExists: prove that a sufficiently confirmed block exists.
• BalanceDecreasingTransaction: prove that a transaction reduced an address balance.
• ReferencedPaymentNonexistence: prove that a specific referenced payment did not occur within a defined time window.
FDC can attest both that something happened and, under defined conditions, that something did not happen.

Everyone, thank you for your submissions at Flare Summer Signal Hackathon. 🫡
We’ll now take some time to evaluate them.
What we’d really like to see is all of you continuing to share your thoughts and feedback on Flare’s docs and products, and most importantly, continuing to build.
From our side, we hope you’ll keep developing your projects and help grow the Flare community. We’re here to support you, so please keep asking questions and reaching out even after the hackathon.
We also have some exciting announcements and new products coming soon, so stay tuned! 🚀

AI + FCC?
Sign the devs up for this interesting session with @fassko. 🙌
🧑💻Builders: Next Flare Builder Workshop with @fassko from @FlareDevHub.
Hands-on session: charge for AI API access with x402, run sensitive logic in confidential compute, and wire both into one end-to-end build on Flare.
Programmable payments on the way in. Private execution in the middle. A working example by the end.
RSVP: luma.com/vcvq6hnl
More than 70 accounts created. 2,882 XRP moved under policies. Up to 72 payments required contract approval first.
Four @FlareDevHub systems doing real work: Confidential Compute holds the key, Data Connector proves facts, and FAssets puts the $XRP to work.
Really excited to see the community wanting to see @KeylessAccounts on mainnet.
Our Summer Signal submission is in.
Someone gets your key. On XRPL, that's the end of it - one key, unlimited authority, forever.
So we built an XRP account where the key lives in a @FlareNetworks Confidential Compute enclave and can only sign what an on-chain policy approved.
