Hey @SFMTA_Muni @SF311, this Embarcadero Muni escalator has been broken for THREE WEEKS. 😭 We pay some of the highest taxes in the country, yet apparently a functioning escalator is a luxury. My taxpayer dollars must be taking the stairs too. 💀

Our staff are aware & working to get them repaired ASAP. The east up requires a special part that our vendor is trying to procure. West down has gearbox damage & the vendor has been informed. Elevator service b/t platform & mezzanine is still in service.
