My grade 7 phys ed classes brought their healthy eating unit to a close with a class potluck. They brought in some amazing recipes and we ate as a class, what a great Friday! 😊 @StMatthewOCSB

May 5th is National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls & Two-Spirit people (MMIWG2S), also known as Red Dress Day. The red dresses act as a visual reminder of all of the missing women, girls, and Two-Spirit people. #RedDressDay art @miss_crgilmore

Check-out what Tiger’s fitness looks like at @StMatthewOCSB! This activity was my favourite, and it was a big hit with the students too. It’s a great way to model how healthy eating and physical fitness go hand-in-hand!
