K-shaped agency. most people acknowledge that AGENCY is the key trait that will separate winners and losers in the agentic age. do you actually get up and do shit at your own initiative? or do you just sit around waiting to be prompted. that’s agency. increasingly I’m observing that agency is reflexive. agency begets agency. and conversely, if you’re low agency, AI makes it EASIER for you to be low agency. this is super dangerous! competent people risk becoming complacent. if you mostly do THE SAME as before, but at lower effort (due to AI) you’re at risk. if you aim higher, going for 10x the quality and speed, you’re on the right track. if you’re reading this, you should feel a deep sense of urgency to develop agency. we’re all human beings, and it makes sense that you experience some AI fatigue. but get back on the horse! spend 1 hour with AI right now and see how much further you can push the boundaries vs 6 months ago. we have intelligence on tap and it’s DIRT CHEAP. you have 20 team mates who could be working for you right now. but they’re idling. go out there and build what you’ve always dreamed of. never been a better time to go all-in.

Also, you don't have to be on every chain to win with your trades. While the market has been on some good state; Some persons have been on Robinhood only and made banks from CASHCAT, PONS, AI, Microduck, TENDIES, JUGGERNAUT, DELTA, HOOKR etc. Others have been on Binance winning with MARSCOIN, MEMESTOCK FLORK, BIBI, MAX... all in same timeframe that Robinhood gems 💎 has been running. Some have been on Eth collecting wins from PRISM, FWA, FOLD (Even if there's little money flow into Eth rn and they can't get those heavy gains for now, but wins are wins regardless) Some were also on Arbitrum with just ODYS, and maybe NOLA Some on Base with BASECAT. Ratspeak, BLUECHIP, BSTONK, etc. Others have been on solana with JIMOTHY, STONK, FONE, ANSEM, USELESS, etc. The goal is that wherever you find yourself, you are able to truly understand the environment and ecosystem and what it takes, so that you can actually maximize your output with gems and the trades you take. Let's win chads, rooting for us all

the things i learned from the last cycle: - never, ever be happy about someone else losing. never, ever be sad about someone else winning. their win doesn't take money from your pocket. their loss doesn't put money in it. - shit will happen. when you think you've seen everything, something even more absurd will happen. be ready for it. turn this into a game. don't let every move emotionally affect you. - there will always be better traders than you. and that's normal. accept that. watch them. learn from them. this is probably the biggest + of social trading. - the whole system is built around jumping from coin to coin. you will miss rotations. sometimes you'll watch a coin run without you. wait. there will be another one. chasing, crying, revenge trading and getting emotionally affected will cost you far more than missing a 5x. - there will be a lot of wins. there will be a lot of losses. none of that matters. look at what you actually have. not your pnl. not your peak. not your "i could've made $2m." what you have. protect it. grow it. stay in the game. - never ever normalize winning. enjoy the wins. actually feel good about them. because if winning feels normal but losing feels devastating, you're cooked. you need to be able to handle both. the goal isn't to feel nothing. the goal is be winner.

now there are two apps you can't stare at. pumpfun and fomo are fighting over the callers, so the calls are split across both. the memebubbles bot now tracks the two of them. pick your callers from either app. every call lands in your group or dms the second it drops. mc, ca, buy buttons, done. now you can look away. from both.
nobody can stare at the pumpfun app all day. that's the whole problem, so i solved it. the memebubbles bot drops into any telegram group, you choose which callers to track, and their calls arrive the second they post. mc, ca, buy buttons, done. the dashboard tells you who's worth tracking. the bot brings them to you. that's the loop. now you can look away.

It’s very obvious that since Base, no other newly launched chain has seen this level of motion. I believe the Robinhood chain would go on to become one of the more active ecosystems, then it’s only right to compare it with Base. Runners and infrastructure alike. Today I want to look at @ponsdotfamily and compare it with Clanker and Zora on Base. The graphic below does a solid job visualizing the metrics side by side with its Base counterparts. Key numbers (ATH basis): • PONS → Peak ~$67Mcap $2.05B volume $3.22M fees 281k launches CLANKER → Peak ~$143M $8.1B volume 1.4M tokens • ZORA / Zora Coins → Peak ~$400M $1.64B volume 13.2M tokens On pure multiples, Clanker looks more efficient. That’s worth acknowledging. But what’s hard to ignore is how impressive PONS’s metrics have been in just a few weeks. We can clearly see the yardstick for @ponsdotfamily if Robinhood Chain continues to grow in attention and activity: • Base case: $120–180M range • Bull case (if Robinhood becomes a major chain and PONS stays dominant): $250–400M+ This is still early. The asymmetry is tied to whether Robinhood keeps growing. What do you think?
If there's any blockchain I can use to rate or compare the Robinhood ecosystem Then it has to be Base At some point months ago, Base was the chain getting the most attention, where new launches, ponzies, and experiments called their home. So I'm starting a short series where I take a Robinhood runner and compare it side by side with Base’s. That way we can gauge how asymmetric those bets can be, l and how early we are. So today I will start with the most obvious $CASHCAT Already has an ATH of 200m compared to $BRETT with an ATH of 2.3B Cashcast has already established itself as the leading meme on Robinhood (at least in my books) And being x10 less than Brett at ATH says a lot about how early of a bet this is. $CASHCAT hitting a billion market cap mid-term Yes or nah What are your thoughts?

It is no longer news that Crypto and TradFi are converging. Stocks, Precious metals, Commodities and Forex now trade on the same platforms crypto users trade on. @coingecko released a report tracking six exchanges Binance, OKX, Bitget, MEXC, Bybit, Gate across eighteen months of TradFi expansion. Total market cap across tracked TradFi assets grew 366.7%, from $1.41B to $6.59B and monthly volume across the six exchanges went from $3.46B to $393.15B For most of the period precious metals were the largest TradFi category by volume peaking at $236.76B in March 2026 as gold hit its all time high before falling 48.2% to $122.59B by June as the metal corrected. US stocks took over in June, surging 337.4% in a single month from $43.40B to $189.84B driven by semiconductor speculation (Micron, SanDisk) and anticipation around SpaceX's IPO. @MEXC monthly TradFi volume grew roughly 59 fold from $1.54B in November 2025 to a peak of $91.12B in May 2026 and it held 2nd place in monthly market share for five consecutive months January through May more than double the share of anyone besides Binance. MEXC was the largest gold and silver venue among all six exchanges in both April ($72.12B, ahead of Binance's $65.52B) and May ($85.15B, ahead of Binance's $57.85B). It also moved early into commodities leading that category outright in its first month of trading (March, $4.13B) before larger venues crowded in. Volume vs Open interest Volume measures how much is traded in a given window. Open interest measures how much held capital sitting in positions Total open interest across the six exchanges grew from $60M on January 1, 2025 to $4.67B on June 30, 2026 a 77 fold increase. Open interest climbed steadily which suggests the Tradfi market is becoming more durable. MEXC Open interest has actually grown nearly tenfold over the first half of 2026 from $68.89M to a peak of $704.14M in early June

I started upskilling my skill stack by adding python to it and here's my first python build. I analyzed 1,885 days of on-chain data comparing PancakeSwap vs SushiSwap on BNB Chain gotten previously from my dune code. PancakeSwap has processed $3.85 TRILLION in volume while SushiSwap just $355 million. That's a 10,000x gap. Here's what the data actually shows: 🧵👇
Uptober came with everyone being euphoric and the emergence of multiple runners on BNB chain. With a surge in on-chain volume, let's take a look at who the winners were (while it lasted)

We dug into $ZEC, the shielded pool numbers are hard to ignore. As of May 2026, ~5M ZEC (~30% of circulating supply) sits in shielded addresses; this a new all-time high. At the start of 2024, it was ~8% up. Now there is a 4x increase in over two years, entirely organic.

How I source wallets for polymarket copy trading. three places I source, most people only use one 1/ @arespro leaderboard — but don't just copy the top 10 by total profit. filter by last 30d, win rate 55%+, enough sample size, and check what category they actually have edge in. the guy who's #3 all-time might be bleeding for the last month 2/ CT — when someone posts a position with real conviction, don't just like it. find the wallet, check the history. if they only post wins, skip 3/ polycop.ai — the dashboard ranks traders by backtested PnL using its own algo. not self-reported. if you're unsure about a wallet, feed it into the polycop TG bot for AI analysis pull from all three → verify on polycop → add to ares dashboard → track before you size in +40% so far. will keep updating

copy trading week 3. +$410 was up, then bled to -$200, now back. here's what i actually did differently first thing i realized is not every profitable wallet is making the same kind of money. some look mid on the overall PnL but if you zoom into certain conditions they actually have edge. had to stop just looking at the number and start asking ok but WHEN does this guy print second, when a wallet starts going sideways i used to just cut it. now i size down first. literally same thing as trading contracts. you don't blow up a position because of one bad week, you reduce and watch. if it keeps bleeding then you cut. saved me from dropping a couple wallets that ended up recovering third one is just cut weak keep strong. everyone says this. actually doing it sucks because you're always hoping the shitty ones turn around. they usually don't after doing all that the bleeding slowed down, added a few new wallets with cleaner edge, and the whole thing flipped hopefully this holds. will keep updating

Building a polymarket smart trader detection bot as a Data Analyst is not something I had planned for Q1. Here are some of the smart Traders I have been able to spot and will be following closely over the next few months, along with some of the bugs that nearly broke everything. 🧵
I've been sick for the past few days and somehow still spent an insane amount of time this week building this, and I finally have an update rolling out in the next few hours. I spent a good amount of time digging into Polymarket and I saw that people have been making absurd figures on there. Glad to say I have been uncovering it and will be dropping a breakdown of what I have been working on. A form will be dropped for interested persons, but with a very small limit as I don't intend this to be open to the public. This image is a sneak peak of some of the guys I have been able to track. Regardless I would keep building. Turn on notifications

I spent several hours and came up with a 5 minutes read breaking down the data behind @Conlaunch_Bot and the numbers explain exactly why $CLAUNCH moved the way it did. A week ago I saw some top OGs shilling it, so I dug into the metrics to see what's really happening under the hood. Here’s the breakdown. 👇 For anyone new to it: Conlaunch is the native token launchpad on Base built for @ConwayResearch agents. It lets AI agents instantly launch tokens with built-in liquidity via Uniswap V4 hooks, and the deployer earns: 💰 80% of LP fees 💰 20% goes to ConLaunch This essentially turns autonomous AI into self-funded, economically sovereign agents. What’s interesting is this: Even though $CLAUNCH is still down bad from ATH, it’s up over 350% since I completed this dashboard simply by tracking product usage vs token price and comparing that to Dex Metrics. The data always show what the price does next and I spotted the move long before. This breakdown covers 3 key sections: • Bot / Launchpad Metrics • Token Transfer Metrics • DEX Metrics Each one contributed individually to my conviction. Before we go in fully, here's a link to the full dashboard so do well to check it out: dune.com/jaybeecode/conlaunc… BOT METRICS Conlaunch_bot behaves like a streamlined token factory: With only one API call, the agent deploys a fresh token with an instantly tradable Uniswap V4 LP. So far, 544 tokens have been deployed using Conlaunch. Daily deployments have Slowed down which signifies a decline in product usage… But the next metrics are where things get interesting for traders. DEX METRICS When I plotted the DEX data, something stood out immediately: Feb 23rd was the bottom. Volume, number of trades, and daily traders all hit their lowest point. The very next day, I was able to spot when each of these metric and I started positioning. That spike signaled a relief bounce coming before CT caught up. Also one interesting fact was is that In just 7 days, $CLAUNCH pushed over $10M in DEX volume — impressive for a new project that is trying to take self autonomy to a whole new level. TOKEN TRANSFER METRICS The most fascinating metrics here is the daily transfer and the new holder growth which (despite being a daily snapshot) has seen some decent increase over the past 7 days with the most valuable being the 1 day as this helped in spotting the relief bounce. This is one of the strongest leading indicators for microcaps on Base. With the sentiment around $CLAUNCH on X, I expected a relief bounce and it already happened. Any further move would be dependent on how the numbers in this dashboard which I expect to move more because I'm heavily bullish on the Agentic economy. PS: This isn’t a paid shill — just my research process and how I interpret the numbers. Special shout-out to @NobleIrons7de for the early call that inspired this dashboard.
