Happy Fathers Day to my Dad! (He’s not on Twitter) and all the adults who are in father like relationships, to include their furry children. I am grateful to be a Father. Not everyone gets that chance.

While reading and reflecting in the stillness of the morning, I came across this. I hope I have done that in my personal life and professional career.

Quite an exhilarating, hot two days. Quarterly @namioklahoma meeting; attended the Stop Gun Violence rally at the Capital with other candidates and elected officials and have knocked hundreds of doors. Donate, volunteer and vote for all of three! Now to cool down!!

Remember the fallen! Especially, my Uncle Dave who was killed in Vietnam.

Today, my father turns 80 years young. Please wish him a Happy Birthday! This is us in our younger days!

In case you did not know, it is Mental Health Awareness Month. It is vitally important more funding needs to go into this much needed health care service. Your mind matters.

I know so many teachers and even have stayed in contact with a few from Elementary School.
