My hope is that the left will dump Moraes -- whose corruption scandal with Banco Master and Daniel Vorcaro is truly beyond belief -- but also the censorship regime and other tyrannical powers they gave him as "emergency powers" to combat the 2022 "crisis" with charges of a coup attempt. Those radical powers are in danger of becoming as "temporary" as all the authoritarian post-9/11 powers became -- meaning permanent, not temporary -- and the fact that there's now a mass election censorship campaign against left-wing critics of Flavio Bolsonaro (modeled after what Moraes did in 2022 and long after) will, I hope, get them to see why it's so dangerous to implement the system they embraced.
