This can’t be possible.
What????
Excited about our new Bee devices launching today. They turn your conversations into summaries, to-dos, and reminders, so the details are there when you need them.
Bee Frontier goes on your wrist or clips to your clothing, and Bee Eclipse snaps to the back of your phone to catch what you'd otherwise forget throughout your day, whether it's notes from a class you're taking, the details of a trip you're planning, or an idea that comes to you in the car.
They connect to Alexa+ and Amazon.com, so the things you mention are easy to find later. And you're always in control…one button turns it on or off, a light shows when it's on, audio is never stored, and only you can see your data.
Think folks are gonna find this really handy. aboutamazon.com/news/devices…
Canada is next.
Be prepared.
We announced an agreement to acquire a nationwide low-band spectrum license portfolio that will pave the way for @Starlink to become a major mobile carrier in the US.
With this new spectrum and our Gen2 constellation, Starlink Mobile can ensure Americans have access to high-speed mobile broadband no matter where they are → spacex.com/updates#starlink-…
This guy is threatening them….
Ten developers are hoarding more than $2 billion worth of finished condos while families flip through listings wondering why they can't afford a place to live.
Not anymore. Sell them within a year, or pay the tax.
Quite often I find founders of large or growing development companies started as a framer.
I know what my kids are going to be doing for their summer jobs. 😅
I dont know if anyone has noticed this past year. But thanks to AI, it is making everyone sound too litigious in emails.
Not everything is that big of deal. 🫡

Canada’s next ten years will be materially better than the last. Long Canada. 🇨🇦
Blackstone President Jon Gray says Canada has massive opportunities to grow due to its natural resources, looser regulatory policies and access to private capital.
“Canada is a sleeping giant economically," he said Tuesday at an investment summit in Toronto

Supply is tightening a lot faster than demand in the GTA
August is a pretty common month for people to take listings down to relist in the fall.
But if this trend holds, the market will balance in favour of sellers a lot faster than many anticipated.

Chapman's Ice Cream has just done something EVERY Canadian should know.
The largest ice cream company in Canada used to source fruit and nuts from American suppliers — for some, for over 30 years. Then, Trump imposed a 25% tariff on Canadian products.
So, what did Chapman's do?
📷 They called Italy.
📷 They called Spain.
📷 They signed multi-year contracts with European suppliers.
And the vice president said it perfectly:
"Even if Trump wakes up smarter than yesterday, we're about to sign long-term deals with other countries — and the American companies that supply them will have nothing but their eyes to cry for."
Oh, and on top of ALL that? They're COLDing their prices so that the average Canadian doesn't have to spend a single cent more.
It's a family business. No shareholders. Just the Chapman family saying: "The least we can do is make sure Canadians still have the means to buy ice cream."
That's what Canadian pride looks like.
Next time you're at the grocery store — grab some Chapman's.
Every scoop of ice cream is a vote for Canada.

We will know probably tomorrow night
The BC rental market is starting to shift again.
This isn’t based on headlines you see online. This is what we’re seeing on the ground.
We have had the biggest influx of renters we’ve seen in which feels like years…
Some people are moving to BC from other provinces. Others are taking advantage of lower rents or upgrading into a better home for roughly the same price.
You are starting to some signs people are moving out from their family / friends homes as well.
Rents are still down around 25–30% from the peak.
In many areas, pricing has basically reset back to 2018 levels, adjusted for inflation.
Basements are still hurting. Delinquencies remain low.
Take this however you want, but looks like we are finally seeing some real signs of stabilization. Let’s see how long this lasts.
How do people stay in line for hours sometimes 8 hours without needing to go to the bathroom?
Can anyone care to explain?
