The @Apple store on regent st ‘repaired’ my daughter’s phone when she took it for a battery replacement and they BROKE it. It’s literally cracked and hot and keeps shutting down. They have offered her a new phone but only if she BUYS one. Wtf?

I can’t wrap this in sentiment, it’s just diabolical loss. It’s been 16 years today since Lois died. I miss her rage and her wit and her magnificent personality. Oh my god she was funny, she made me laugh, we made each other laugh. Irreplaceable.
