EO Victoria is planning a 1 day conference for businesses that are doing <$1m in revenue and looking to scale beyond that.
There are 1-on-1 coaching sessions with entrepreneurs, key note speeches and networking opportunities.
All businesses started SMALL and I think it's crucial for our city and country to grow more of our small businesses into big businesses!
Check it out or refer a local entrepreneur that you think might benefit!

Here's the exact AI stack I use to manage a SaaS AE team: call scoring, pipeline health, lead quality flags. Thread incoming.
Most sales managers run their teams on gut feel. Then wonder why attainment is inconsistent. The data is sitting right there in your CRM. You just have to look at it... or use a tool to analyze it at scale.
The hardest part of managing salespeople isn't the underperformers. It's the ones with potential who haven't figured out why they're stuck. That's actually your job.
We discontinued our AI demo product because it was converting worse than a live AE. Everyone moved on. Nobody asked why. The answer was in the data the whole time.
I manage a 9-person AE team. I built my own call scoring rubric, pipeline health reports, and forecast model using AI. Extra cost: $0. Time saved per week: ~5 hours. Small teams have an advantage here that nobody talks about.
Spoiler.. it's OpenClaw and ClaudeCode
Our team had a 49% no-show rate on booked demos. Most managers look at that number and blame the AEs. I looked at it and started building a lead quality model. Completely different problem. Completely different fix.
"AI will replace salespeople" is the wrong conversation. The real question: which sales managers are using AI to outperform the ones who aren't?
I used to make pipeline decisions based on what AEs told me in 1:1s. Now I pull the data myself before every meeting. The gap between what reps say and what the CRM says is always revealing.
When 8 out of 10 AEs miss quota, most managers are quick to blame the reps. I used to. Then I started looking at the data. Bad leads. Unclear process. No feedback loop. Fix the system before you touch the people.
Starting to document what it actually looks like to run a data-driven sales team in 2026. No fluff. Real numbers, real tools, real results. Follow along if that's useful.
I made the dumbest error today. Made a post on upwork requesting some website help and put my website URL in the job description.
I have been fending off cold calls all day from people trying to avoid submitting a proper proposal.
What a waste of time.

I've found it fascinating how angry people get on Thr**ds.
Especially at what I think are minor or harmless things.
Here's a list of fights I (apparently) started:
1) I wondered why TikTok creators often use garlic powder instead of freshly minced garlic in their recipes, and I was called elitist.
2) I said the NorCal vs. SoCal rivalry is one-sided (led by Bay Area folks). Expected Bay Area folks to come after me. Did not expect people to tell me how stupid I am for not knowing basic geography. That the Bay Area is not NorCal but rather, central CA, which is ~obvious~ because if you split the state of CA into thirds, the Bay is clearly in the middle.
3) I said that it's not a big deal to mistakenly nickname someone's full name (e.g. Jen from Jennifer) if one's intentions are friendly. That one should accept the correction and not make the mistake again. I was told that "intent doesn't matter" and that it's rude to rename.
4) A pop culture writer spent the weekend tweeting their disdain for Taylor Swift's album. I asked if they were planning to write an article (if that was why they kept tweeting about her), and they called me dumb, "Your brain’s at capacity."
5) I expressed gratitude for my neighbor stepping in as a nanny for a part-time gig and was scolded, "I hope you're paying her?!" which the commenter then reposted and had her friends repost as well.
Biggest event we've ever run on AxeThrowing.org. Super proud of the team! Brackets/Scoring/Leaderboards/Live gameplay... unreal! Way to go @WATLaxe
Anytime you see "cold plunge" on twitter, mute the account. In a few weeks your timeline will be greatly improved. You're welcome.
Amazing to see such a cool concept in my hometown! @SunsetLabs is every creators dream studio, hybrid event setups with an insane level of technical detail and quality.
Proud of the #yyj community!
Getting comfortable with sunk costs is one of the most challenging things to do in business.
I'm working on a challenging project that I have invested months of time and tons of money and I have to decide whether it's worth it to keep going.
Sunday nights is an exciting time with emails and messages coming in from overseas teams as they're starting their Monday.
Makes me feel like so much is getting done with the time difference, like a double work day.
We've currently got single elim, double elim, and round robin tournament options on AxeThrowing.org. Any others you think we're missing?
I'm debating as to start pools, swiss method, or multi-bracket options.
