Only 1 team has won a World Cup & 1 team a Euro final this century having played in the 2nd semifinal.
Brazil 2002
Spain 2008
In an era of hyper athleticism having 24hrs extra recovery, tactical preparation & mental downtime is a massive competitive edge.

Donβt be fooled by their harsh, northern exteriors, these two know ballβ¦ & @Alan_Tonge knows his way around classical literature, too!
Give their new footy pod a listen, If you know whatβs good for you. Youβll not regret it π

UK NFL fans as everyone in England suddenly tries to get their heads around being up for a game at 1am then making it into work the next day
Iβve spent a lot of this week pumping up inflatables for my kids- paddling pools etc
My footpump got a tear while bringing a 7ft inflatable rainbow sprinkler to life. No puncture repair kit⦠but I did have some batting tape. Worked a dream! Batting tape saves lives #bbccricket

Gary was a class act.
Regardless of form he was always kind & considered. When I had to ask tough questions he was thoughtful & respectful.
He really cared about the club. He just got it.
I shall miss the post match interviews with him. I liked him a lot #ecfc
