It's a great fucking game, I was shocked when I heard you were the director cause I'd mainly only been aware of your work as a composer.

I thought it was great. Not quite up to snuff with Day and Dawn, but it felt like a reasonable narrative/conceptual progression of the original trilogy.

Yup. For anyone who NEEDS an answer, this movie can be frustrating, but I'm with you on loving the paranoia and uncertainty. That we're all still talking about it and proposing theories is the point.

John's just fucking with people because that's how he is and he knows the movie thrives off ambiguity.

You're doing such a poor job of defending your central argument, which is tragic, because I very much agree shitting on documentary films is a bad look. You're not make them look silly with this angle, you're making yourself look obtuse and pretentious.

How dare anyone love amazing movies, right? Disgusting how more people aren't listing exclusively niche arthouse films as their top 4.

I genuinely love the OG film, it's truly the perfect mix of bad and stupid that somehow comes out as fucking great.

It's a zombie virus, man. Whatever logic you're operating on is a level of pedantic nobody really cares to engage with.

That's how we won in 2024 right? Drifting the the middle? What great insight - it's nice to know our solution is to do the exact thing that caused us to fail previously.

Genuinely prefer all of the originals to the newer films. Haven't seen the new SF yet. I enjoyed MK newer films but I love the og

I don't know why you'd want to just do the animated movie as live action, when the animated movie already fucking rocks.

Anytime someone says it's 'made for the fans' I generally presume it's dogshit slop that is unapproachable. There's a reason it's underpeforming an already very low prediction for it's opening week.
