This is the Britain we’re living in now. An Oxford-trained paediatrician writes books for Muslim teenagers that treat stoning as acceptable and homosexuality as “a test from Allah,” then flogs a poppy rebranded in Palestinian colours to raise money for Gaza while the rest of us are trying to remember the lads who died for this country. He’s active in Greens for Palestine and co-sponsored their “Zionism is Racism” line, and he’s still practising medicine under the NHS umbrella. We didn’t fight two world wars so that national symbols could be hijacked and so that people holding these views could be trusted with children’s medical care while sitting inside a political party that pretends it’s mainstream. If this is what “integration” looks like, it’s time the GMC, the Green Party and the public started treating it as the problem it is rather than looking the other way 🤬🇬🇧
