Tim Hedrick cowrote the screenplay for the film. He also wrote many episodes of the original series as he was part of the writers’ room. Have fun being wrong though.

Even then, knowing the actual OG Writers didnt come back was a sign. I will never support this film. Avatar ended with Aang for me

The large number of grammar and spelling mistakes by whoever wrote the rules says a lot.

The AntiBryke Subreddit is a joke… talking about “critical thinking “ yet these are their rules.

Some of you (this person in particular) really need to get off of the internet. This is deranged behavior and is incredibly unsettling no matter how you frame it.

Truth be told, zks saying that they want an enemies to lovers dynamic between Katara and Zuko couldn't be further from the truth. They actually want the dynamic that Katara and Aang already have, but with the latter replaced with Zuko. It's simply all about looks to them.

with the added context of the novel, katara jumping down from appa to get to aang has a whole new meaning. she just watched the love of her life break his obsession with the past, his grief that has been plaguing their relationship for a year, and choose the future (her).

Day 5: Spider-Man Au for Aang Week 2026 🕸 🎨Art by @Opp_314 #aangweek2026 #aang #atla #katara #kataang
aang as spider-man and katara as mj. art of them eating pizza and joking around. art of them kissing and katara asking aang "what was that for, tiger?" and aang saying "for being the girl of my dreams". chibi version of them with spider-man asng swinging katara around.

No, Patrick, a character going through and overcoming hardships does not mean that the creator(s) of said character hate or dislike them.

It’s been a while since I last drew anything of Avatar. I rewatched the latest movie and it’s an absolute visual masterpiece. Here’s a study of one of the frames. Katara #katarafanart #atla #kataang

allison king on the podcast confirms that the novel will mostly consist of alternating chapters between aang and katara, with some other povs here and there. there will also be more katara and toph interactions & aang and sokka interactions!
