Never stop the conversation about mental health.
Don’t just talk about it when it’s Suicide Prevention Day or Mental Health Day. Don’t just talk about it when it’s trending.
Talk about it all the time and as much as you can, because it’s so important.

Healing and getting better doesn’t just happen overnight.
It’s a process, and you might not even realize it’s happening. You might feel like you’ve stayed the same but you’ll look back and see how much you’ve healed over time.
Live for that moment.

Take your time. Take a break if you need to. You'll get where you need to go.
