While today's outcome is not what was hoped for, I want to take a moment to express gratitude to @SenLummis, who's fought so hard to ensure the US takes its rightful leadership of the digital asset space, and who I know will continue to do so for the remainder of the Senate session (this thing ain't over!).
If you haven't listened to her remarks on the Senate floor just prior to the cloture vote, please do so - it was a tour de force.

Today's Senate procedural vote on the CLARITY Act (H.R. 3633) fell short of the 60 votes needed to open floor debate.
The legislative path may have stalled, but the need for clear, workable rules for U.S. digital asset markets has not. We now look to the SEC & CFTC to help provide that clarity.
Casper keeps building either way, because compliance-ready infrastructure for regulated, real-world adoption does not wait for Washington.

@AstralBeam_io, built by MAKE Group, has announced its public testnet, targeting connections between Casper, Robinhood Chain, Base, Ethereum and Polygon. Mainnet is set to follow.
The announcement also outlines planned ERC-7786 messaging support, creating a foundation for future interoperability with the T-REX ecosystem.
For the #Casper community, the potential significance goes well beyond another route for transferring tokens.
Our view: connectivity could become one of the biggest factors determining whether Casper’s real-world asset ambitions translate into meaningful usage.
An asset issuer needs somewhere to issue an asset. Investors need somewhere to access it. Developers need the infrastructure to build useful services around it.
Connecting those participants across networks could make the whole proposition more compelling.
