Kinda funny. Who would have ever imagined being upset that $IOND pulled back to $65 All we wanted was a chance to exit without taking a haircut. We definitely got that well beyond what even the most delusionally optimistic of us expected. Now we are all free to choose Grateful
I don’t get why Celsius creditors who were given $IOND are mad that the price is going down. No one’s forcing you to hold.

Opus explains Q-Day, Netflix doc style. I know - lots of Opus videos this week, but this wild. I asked Opus 5.5 to make a documentary to explain quantum computing to me & put $4K in Higgsfield 4-5 rounds of direction prompts later, it used $250. I watched, it blew my mind.

Not sure if adding this additional layer of bureaucracy was needed (according @matthew_sigel it was politically motivated) but hopefully being proactively compliant will lead to @IonicDigital getting approval for expanded power allocation ahead of the rest of the applicants.
I have it on good authority that these press releases aren't changing the timing of the projects. They are, however, apparently generating plenty of fundraising dollars for the Governor. Seems to be the point.

Good signal for $IOND @matthew_sigel, would love if you could start covering @IonicDigital 🙏. Asking for 80k+- friends.
🚨 Post-close Monday, ERCOT published its first detailed update on the Texas data-center audit and Batch Zero pause. The audit will begin shortly after Aug. 20 and take "several months," delaying Batch Zero classification and the planned September study start. But ERCOT is taking steps to preserve Q1/Q2 2027 energization dates for the most advanced projects --> Some encouraging details: >6 large loads targeting Q1 2027 energization and 17 targeting Q2 will remain in their quarterly stability assessments while the audit proceeds. ERCOT says this avoids "unnecessary delay" once they clear verification. >ERCOT is keeping the April 9, 2027 Batch Zero study deadline for now.» >ERCOT had planned to finalize its long-term load forecast using Batch Zero Base Load by mid-August. It will now wait for the audit and verified Base Load classifications rather than switch to an alternative forecasting method. ERCOT says this will produce a "more accurate and realistic" forecast. My read: ERCOT is working to preserve the existing timeline for the most advanced projects. ($HUT's 1GW Beacon Point is worth watching here. It targets Q1 2027 initial energization, has an executed AEP Texas interconnection agreement, and has been expected to qualify as Base Load. The campus has up to $50.2B of contracted lease value including extensions, with NVIDIA reportedly the tenant. ERCOT doesn't identify the six Q1 projects, so we can't confirm Beacon Point is among them. But it fits the profile.)

🚨JUST IN: Team formed after Coldcard's $130 MILLION exploit finds 4,962 flaws across 390 Bitcoin projects using AI. The Bitcoin Red Team used Kimi K3, GPT Sol, and Opus to scan wallets, libraries, and infrastructure in under 30 hours, averaging "1 critical exploit per hour." The team found 85 critical flaws while the effort cost $40,000 in AI credits funded by OpenSats, per Bitcoin Magazine.

Let’s see if the theory holds even with the ERCOT delay… $IOND
Very important nuance @IonicDigital sharholders. $IOND hitting $70 isn’t a full unlock for the institutional investors. For 6 months they cannot sell shares below $70 (even tho it already hit $70). This should serve to effectively hold $70 as a solid center of gravity. NFA!!!

Many BTC’rs didn’t give two bits for when all the BTC was lost on Celsius. Victims were mocked including by NVK. Yet it’s the same thing. Whether it is because of incompetence or fraud, it doesn’t matter. People trusted a company to do what it said. They didn’t do it.
A proposal for Coldcard victims: We start a BTC fund to buy out claims on the coins. Whales can donate. Victims get their BTC back instantly. If the funds from hacker are ever returned, the claims are eventually fulfilled (can take years). I’m happy to donate BTC to start this.
