सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने मंदिर की इनामी ज़मीन को तमिलनाडु सरकार को ट्रांसफर करने वाली एक गिफ्ट डीड को NULL AND VOID घोषित कर दिया है, और कहा है कि राज्य मंदिर की प्रॉपर्टी का कस्टोडियन है, उसका मालिक नहीं।
कोर्ट ने 8 मार्च, 2019 से ₹31,000 महीने का किराया, मंदिर को देने लायक ₹1 लाख का खर्च, और बकाया किराए का पेमेंट करने का आदेश दिया।

The incident took place at Santosh Bhavan, Nalasopara, between 11:30 PM and 12:00 AM on the night of October 19.
Hindu children were playing Garba at Garel Mitra Mandal when Guftaran Sheikh allegedly entered the Garba venue and began harassing a 17-year-old minor Hindu girl. When the girl courageously stood up and confronted him, Guftaran allegedly attacked her.
This is a very serious incident. We demand that the authorities register an FIR against Guftaran Sheikh under the POCSO Act and take strict legal action against him.
