๐—ช๐—˜๐—˜๐—ž ๐Ÿฒ ๐—™๐—œ๐—ฅ๐—ฆ๐—ง ๐—Ÿ๐—ข๐—ข๐—ž ๐Ÿ‘€ The early read on Week 6, through the lens of @wgabelman JETS โœˆ๏ธ @ PATRIOTS ๐Ÿ”ต Drake Maye has averaged 360+ total yards and four TDs over his last two games. At $6,600, heโ€™s an intriguing QB option, especially with Efton Chism emerging as a cheap stacking partner at $3,500. If TreVeyon Henderson misses time, Rhamondre Stevenson could see a significant workload against a Jets defense that has allowed multiple 150-yard, multi-TD performances to opposing RBs. On the other side, Braelon Allen remains a strong option if Breece Hall sits again, while Garrett Wilson has topped 100 yards and scored in two of his last three games. SAINTS โšœ๏ธ@ GIANTS ๐ŸŸฆ Jameis Winston continues to stand out at just $5,100, coming off back-to-back games with 250+ passing yards and three TDs. Cam Skattebo gets an intriguing matchup against a Saints defense that has struggled against opposing RB1s. Through the air, Malik Nabers and Isaiah Likely have combined for 52 targets over the past two weeks, with Likely standing out at $4,800. Tyler Shough faces a much tougher matchup against a Giants defense that has yet to allow an opposing QB to top 200 passing yards, making Devaughn Vele the preferred bring-back if stacking Winston. STEELERS ๐ŸŸก @ BUCCANEERS ๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ The early lean is toward the Pittsburgh passing game. Aaron Rodgers has thrown three or more TDs in three straight games, and the expectation is that Pittsburgh will struggle to run against Tampa Bay. DK Metcalf, Pat Freiermuth, and Germie Bernard are the primary stacking options, with Emeka Egbuka standing out as a $5,200 bring-back after leading Tampa Bay in targets during Jalon Daniels' two starts. The Bucs' ground game is less appealing against a Steelers defense that has yet to allow an RB to top 85 rushing yards. Tyler Warren also deserves consideration after a strong seven-catch, 83-yard performance last week. BEARS ๐Ÿป@ FALCONS ๐Ÿชถ This game has plenty of uncertainty, but several pieces stand out. If Michael Penix can't play, Tua Tagovailoa becomes an intriguing $4,500 option. That would also put Bijan Robinson in position for a potential 30-touch workload. On Chicago's side, D'Andre Swift becomes interesting if Kyle Monangai misses another game. Through the air, Drake London continues to offer upside at $7,000. The Falcons have allowed several big fantasy performances recently, putting Rome Odunze and Luther Burden on the radar as well. RAVENS ๐Ÿฆโ€โฌ› @ BROWNS ๐ŸŸค If Lamar Jackson returns from his ankle injury, he immediately becomes one of the more interesting QB options on the slate. He's topped 24 fantasy points in eight of 13 full games against Cleveland. Derrick Henry has handled 25+ touches in 80% of his games this season, while Zay Flowers has scored 28+ DK points in half his games. On Cleveland's side, Deshaun Watson is worth considering at $4,900. Denzel Boston and Harold Fannin are the more appealing pass-catching options, particularly if KC Concepcion misses time with his concussion. TITANS โš”๏ธ @ COLTS ๐ŸŽ This is an early game to approach cautiously. Tennessee has struggled to score, but its defense has been surprisingly difficult for opposing offenses. Tony Pollard is the most interesting early option. The Colts have allowed several big performances to opposing RBs, giving Pollard some upside despite the ugly matchup on paper. Tyler Warren and Josh Downs are also worth considering at $5,300 and $5,800, respectively. Both benefit from a Titans defense that has allowed strong production to the few pass catchers seeing eight or more targets. Still, this is a game that may be best left alone for the most part. PANTHERS ๐Ÿˆโ€โฌ› @ EAGLES ๐Ÿฆ… Jalen Hurts has an excellent rushing matchup against a Panthers defense that has struggled against mobile QBs. The bigger question is how Philadelphia distributes the backfield work with injuries to Saquon Barkley, Will Shipley, and Tank Bigsby. Dallas Goedert is the early standout at just $3,900. He led the Eagles with nine targets last week. On the other side, Bryce Young has topped 24 fantasy points in three of four games and is an intriguing $5,700 option. Tetairoa McMillan and Jalen Coker also stand out against an Eagles defense that has allowed several big receiving performances. Chuba Hubbard remains a volume-based option after handling 23 and 21 touches over the past two weeks. CARDINALS ๐Ÿฆ @ RAMS ๐Ÿ Matthew Stafford has thrown for 300+ yards in four straight games, with multiple TDs in three of those four. Against a Cardinals defense that has allowed 235+ passing yards and three or more TDs to four straight QBs, he's an early favorite. Puka Nacua is the preferred pay-up WR after several opposing pass catchers have posted massive performances against Arizona. Kyren Williams has handled 21+ touches in three straight games and stands out at $6,800. On the Cardinals' side, Trey McBride and Michael Wilson continue to see enough volume to threaten a ceiling game Kendrick Bourne offers a $4,000 salary-saving option CHARGERS โšก๏ธ @ CHIEFS ๐Ÿน Neither QB stands out initially, but the running back matchup is worth watching. Kenneth Walker has recorded 20+ touches in every game this season and is averaging 29.8 fantasy points per game. The Chargers backfield remains a frustrating committee between Omarion Hampton, Keaton Mitchell, and Kimani Vidal. Through the air, injuries could create opportunity. Tre Harris is likely to miss Week 6, while Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston are worth monitoring. If either sits, Oronde Gadsden could see an increased role. Kansas City could also be without Rashee Rice and Tyquan Thornton, potentially concentrating targets among Travis Kelce and Xavier Worthy. This late-window matchup is one to revisit as injury news develops. BILLS ๐Ÿฆฌ@ RAIDERS โ˜ ๏ธ The late hammer has plenty of upside. Josh Allen is in an excellent spot at $7,500 against a Raiders defense that has surrendered 11 TDs to opposing QBs over the past three weeks. On the other side, Kirk Cousins is an intriguing $5,400 option against a Bills defense that has allowed 289+ total yards and at least two TDs to four of five opposing starting QBs. That also puts Brock Bowers firmly in play. He's topped 20 fantasy points and seen double-digit targets in every game this season, making him difficult to ignore even at $7,500. James Cook is another strong option at $7,400 after seeing 24+ opportunities in three of Buffalo's last four games. Ashton Jeanty and Mike Washington also have a favorable rushing matchup. If DJ Moore is active, an Allen + Moore or Allen + Cook stack with Bowers coming back has the ceiling to put up a massive score. ๐Ÿ”ฅ These are the early angles. Injury news and ownership will shape where we land by Sunday. ๐Ÿšจ ONEWEEKSEASON FOR $1 THIS WEEK ๐Ÿšจ Don't miss out on the cheapest price of the year, try Inner Circle for just $1 !!

ARE THE CHARGERS REALLY DEAD? Or have they just been playing the wrong kind of football? The Chargers' offense has looked like it's performing actions instead of actually playing football. They look like they're following the steps they've learned for each play. And that's a particularly difficult way to operate in a complicated Mike McDaniel offense, where so many pieces have to work together precisely. But I keep coming back to the Bills. Maybe this is the type of matchup that forces the Chargers to just play football. The games against Arizona and Las Vegas gave them enough space to think. To get their feet tangled up. Against Josh Allen and Buffalo, they presumably won't have that luxury. This could be a faster, more open game. A game where the Chargers are forced to attack. A game where they're seeing tight man coverage and having to react instead of execute everything exactly as designed. And that's where I see the upside. It's like a player dropping a wide-open pass because they had time to think about it... Then later making an unbelievable catch in tight coverage. Maybe the Chargers' offense needs that second environment. Maybe they need to stop thinking and just let it rip. Of course, there's another side to this. A game where the Chargers have to score could also expose just how far away this offense actually is. If they haven't figured it out yet, forcing more pace could make everything fall apart even faster. That's the question I'm trying to answer this week. Are the Chargers actually dead? Or have the first two games simply given us the wrong environment to see what this offense can really be? You just read a Tuesday Journal entry from @JMToWin who thinks through all angles of the slate throughout the week at @oneweekseason

JM's Journal The thought process behind @JMToWin TERRY MCLAURIN + STEFON DIGGS What if we treat these two as one bet on Washington scoring? Washington is implied for 23 points. Dallas is at 27.5. Historically, in similar game environments, when the underdog gets into the 28-31 point range, its WR1 + WR2 averages around 38 DraftKings points. McLaurin + Diggs are better than the league-average WR1 + WR2. In games where the underdog scores 28-31, the WR1 + WR2 combination has reached 40+ DraftKings points 43% of the time. That changes how I think about these two. Playing McLaurin + Diggs is essentially a bet on Washington scoring 28-31 points. If they get there, we have a pretty good chance of being in good shape with this pairing. If Washington pushes beyond that range, thereโ€™s a path for these two to become a difference-making piece of the roster. Because Jayden Daniels is a dynamic rushing quarterback at a pretty low price, I still prefer stacking the entire Washington passing attack. But McLaurin + Diggs can also function as a block. Two roster spots. One bet on Washington scoring. That allows us to take the math that comes with this pairing and bet on a completely different game blowing up around it. That's the part I keep coming back to. JM's Journal is free for all members Tuesday and Wednesday, to read the entirety of JM's Journal grab Inner Circle and get a free Props Week reward ๐Ÿ‘€

JM's Journal The thought process behind @JMToWin SHAPE OF THE WEEK The interesting part of this slate isn't just identifying the good games. It's understanding how far apart the games might be. We have 13 games on the main slate, with several clear mismatches: โ€ข Browns @ Bucs โ€ข Eagles @ Titans โ€ข Dolphins @ 49ers Those games can absolutely produce DFS value if the favorites control the game. But that's different from a true shootout, where both teams stay forward-leaning and stats start piling up everywhere. Then we have another group of probable mismatches: โ€ข Raiders @ Chargers โ€ข Seahawks @ Cardinals โ€ข Packers @ Jets. Cincinnati @ Houston and Jacksonville @ Denver are interesting for a different reason. Both feature elite defenses, but each has a narrow path where the game can still open up. Saints @ Ravens looks like an obvious shootout on paper, but both teams have defensive coaches who are comfortable making opponents march the field. It could be a strong scoring environment without becoming the full-on shootout we're looking for. THE TWO GAMES I KEEP COMING BACK TO VIKINGS @ BEARS The Year 3 version of Caleb Williams + Ben Johnson + these weapons gives Chicago a lot of ways to attack Brian Flores' pressure. I could see the Bears hitting some of the same big-play opportunities Green Bay found against Minnesota. And Carson Wentz has enough volatility that, if he strings together enough good stretches, this can become a very relevant fantasy game. I don't think it's the clear top game. But I wouldn't argue strongly against anyone who wants to put it there. COMMANDERS @ COWBOYS This game is the capstone on the slate. I can absolutely see this starting slowly. But I can also see it turning into one of those games where we look up and there's 56 points on the board โ€” with 70-80 not completely out of the question if things get moving early. There are plenty of reasons for optimism: โ€ข Jayden Daniels โ€ข Late-window game in Dallas โ€ข Terry McLaurin priced down โ€ข Stefon Diggs priced down โ€ข Potentially even more target concentration if Chig Okonkwo misses Dallas could end up having a really good defense. Washington's offense could also fail to fully come together. But the combination of the matchup, price tags and game environment gives this one a lot of paths to matter. And that's really the shape of the slate. Most games fall pretty far short of the upper range. Dallas/Washington sits at the top of that mountain. It probably won't sneak by anyone. But if the other games don't spike to the upside โ€” or spike in ways that don't benefit DFS quite like a true shootout โ€” this game becomes extremely important. NFL DFS: WEEK 2 A first look at this week's massive 13 game slate CIN๐Ÿฏ AT HOU๐Ÿ‚ Chase Brown saw 20 touches in Week 1, including six targets, but $6,900 feels a little rich against a Texans defense that just held James Cook to 69 yards on 16 touches. David Montgomery is more interesting at $6,500 after handling 23 Texans RB opportunities in his debut. Tampa's backs averaged nearly 5 yards per carry against Cincinnati last week. Ja'Marr Chase is a bounce-back candidate after just 5-71 combined with Tee Higgins. Nico Collins also stands out after seeing double-digit targets in Week 1. CLE ๐ŸŸคAT TB๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ The Browns looked rough in Week 1, and I'm not interested in forcing their skill players into consideration until something changes. Bucky Irving is much more appealing. He handled 15 touches, including seven receptions, and costs just $6,100 against a Browns team that should give Tampa opportunities to control the game. Emeka Egbuka is interesting at $6,400, although he'll probably need some touchdown variance to get there. Tampa Bay DST is also firmly on the radar after Deshaun Watson took five sacks and turned the ball over last week. PIT๐ŸŸก AT NE๐ŸŸฆ This doesn't immediately look like a game I want to attack. The Patriots lost AJ Brown to IR, which should create more opportunity for Romeo Doubs, Mack Hollins, and Hunter Henry. DK Metcalf saw 10 targets in Week 1 and is only $5,200. With pricing tightening up, that's enough to get my attention. GB๐Ÿง€ AT NYJโœˆ๏ธ Breece Hall saw 24 touches in Week 1 and costs just $6,200. I expect another heavy workload. Garrett Wilson continues to operate as the clear alpha, seeing more than twice as many targets as any other Jet. He's another player I could see getting plenty of exposure to. On the other side, Matthew Golden was one of the biggest surprises of Week 1, seeing 12 targets. At $4,700, he's immediately interesting. CAR๐Ÿˆโ€โฌ› AT ATL๐Ÿชถ Bijan Robinson is the most expensive player on the slate at $8,200, but he handled 31 opportunities in Week 1 and accounted for basically the entire Atlanta offense. After watching D'Andre Swift and Kyle Monangai combine for 200 rushing yards against Carolina, I have a hard time ignoring Bijan in this spot. Bryce Young is also intriguing at $5,400 after throwing for 361 yards and three TDs. Chuba Hubbard and Jalen Coker are both firmly in the conversation after strong Week 1 performances. PHI๐Ÿฆ… AT TENโš”๏ธ Saquon Barkley only saw 15 carries and two targets in Week 1, but the Titans just looked overwhelmed defensively against the Jets. At $7,000, he's an interesting pivot from Derrick Henry, who will likely attract plenty of attention in his matchup with New Orleans. Nothing else immediately stands out through the air. NOโšœ๏ธ AT BAL๐Ÿฆโ€โฌ› This is my early favorite for game of the week. Tyler Shough attempted 56 passes in Week 1 and now costs just $5,300. The Saints' passing game is extremely concentrated around Chris Olave and DeVaughn Vele, with Juwan Johnson adding another cheap piece at $3,900. On the other side, Lamar Jackson is expensive at $7,300, but the matchup and rushing upside are obvious. Derrick Henry is also difficult to ignore after 163 total yards and three TDs in Week 1. Zay Flowers is the situation to monitor after leaving with a hamstring injury. MIN๐ŸŸช AT CHI๐Ÿป The final early game gives us the biggest question mark: Kyler Murray's concussion status. The Bears just scored nearly 60 points, so there are plenty of ways this game could get interesting. D'Andre Swift handled 19 touches and is firmly on my RB radar. Luther Burden led Chicago WRs in snaps and remains interesting at $5,700, while Colston Loveland gets a potential bounce-back spot after the Vikings allowed 115 yards to Packers tight ends. And Justin Jefferson looked like Justin Jefferson again. At $7,800, he'd be my favorite Minnesota bring-back if I'm building around Caleb Williams. JAX๐Ÿˆ AT DEN๐ŸŸ  This one initially feels like a potential trap after Jacksonville's Week 1 blowout. I'd rather play Tyler Shough or Bryce Young at a cheaper price than Trevor Lawrence at $5,800 against Denver. Bhayshul Tuten is interesting after 16 touches in Week 1, while Parker Washington becomes much more appealing if Brian Thomas Jr. is limited or out. Pat Bryant is an interesting cheap WR, but this is a game I'm likely to avoid. LV โ˜ ๏ธAT LACโšก๏ธ Ashton Jeanty saw 29 touches in Week 1 and led the Raiders in both rushing and receiving yards. At $6,800, I'm interested. I'm taking a wait-and-see approach with Omarion Hampton after just 12 carries and zero targets. If Brock Bowers remains out, I'm probably avoiding the Raiders passing game. Ladd McConkey was off to a strong start before leaving with a rib injury. If he's out, Quentin Johnston and Tre Harris become interesting salary savers. WASโ›‘๏ธ AT DAL๐Ÿค  This could be one of the games that gets overlooked after both teams lost in Week 1. Terry McLaurin still played 87% of Washington's snaps despite the quiet fantasy day, and a Jayden Daniels + Stefon Diggs + McLaurin stack costs just $16,800. That's a pretty interesting starting point. On the Dallas side, Javonte Williams handled 17 touches and CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens remain the obvious pieces. Chig Okonkwo is another name to monitor depending on his status after Likely's performance against Dallas. SEA๐ŸŸข AT ARI๐Ÿฆ Jaxon Smith-Njigba dominated Seattle's receiving work in Week 1 and is now the most expensive WR on the slate at $8,100. He's still in play every week. The Seattle RB situation is less appealing, although Jadarian Price could see more work with extra preparation time and Drew Lock under center. Trey McBride and Michael Wilson remain interesting on the Arizona side. MIA๐Ÿฌ AT SFโ›๏ธ This is the game that immediately jumps out as a potential spot for San Francisco to score five TDs. Christian McCaffrey is $8,000 and is coming off a matchup where Ashton Jeanty just posted 100+ rushing yards, 45 receiving yards, and two TDs against Miami. That's enough to put CMC firmly on the radar. Brock Purdy is also interesting at $6,200, while Mike Evans, Deebo Samuel, and George Kittle all become more appealing if we're building around the San Francisco offense. On the Miami side, Caleb Douglas and Malik Washington are both cheap volume plays after seeing seven and eight targets respectively in Week 1. That's where I'm at on the first look. It's Monday. A lot will change between now and Sunday. NFL DFS First Look is created by @wgabelman and live on @oneweekseason each week! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Week 1 can change your fantasy season on the waiver wire. It can also trick you into chasing points that wonโ€™t return. Six rushing TDs from the Bears. Nine targets for DeVaughn Vele. Fourteen carries for Kaelon Black. An 8-138-2 breakout from Jalen Coker. We went through every game to figure out what matters, what doesnโ€™t and who you should be considering before waivers run. ๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐Ÿ”– Bookmark this one for later. ๐—ฃ๐—”๐—ง๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—ข๐—ง๐—ฆ๐ŸŸฆ ๐—”๐—ง ๐—ฆ๐—˜๐—”๐—›๐—”๐—ช๐—ž๐—ฆ๐ŸŸข ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐——๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ผ๐—น๐—ฑ left early with a hip injury and is expected to miss at least Week 2. ๐——๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ธ looked serviceable enough to keep ๐—๐—ฆ๐—ก cooking, but the rest of the Seattle passing game can probably be avoided for now.
