COMMANDERS ⛑️ @ 49ERS ⛏️ (SF -7.5 | 52.5 Total)
Can the 49ers pay off their massive ownership?
Let's break it down 👇
GAME SETUP
San Francisco carries a 29.75-point implied total against a Washington defense allowing 29.8 points per game.
The 49ers are the clear favorites, but Washington’s 25-point team total gives us a path to a competitive game.
The biggest variables are Mike Evans’ status, Washington’s returning pass catchers, and how much ownership lands on the obvious San Francisco pieces.
SAN FRANCISCO ⛏️
Christian McCaffrey is the best skill-position play in the game. His snap rate remains elite, and his receiving role gives him upside even against a Washington defense that has been more vulnerable through the air than on the ground.
George Kittle becomes especially interesting if Mike Evans sits. Kittle already has a strong matchup and a path to more targets with Deebo Samuel out.
He’ll be popular, but the role makes that ownership reasonable.
Mike Evans is questionable with rib and Achilles issues. At $9,600, he needs touchdowns to justify the price, and his status affects the entire 49ers passing-game pool.
If Evans sits, Brandin Cooks is my preferred cheap receiver, followed by Christian Kirk, Jordan Watkins, and Jacob Cowing. At least one could matter simply because of the available salary and opportunity.
If Evans plays, the cheap receivers become much less appealing. Kirk’s availability is another variable to monitor.
Kaelon Black is a deep option if San Francisco gets far enough ahead to rest its starters or reduce McCaffrey’s workload.
WASHINGTON ⛑️
Rachaad White is a strong value at $6,600 with Jacory Croskey-Merritt out. White should lead the backfield and offers receiving upside, while Austin Ekeler’s limited role last week makes him harder to trust.
Stefon Diggs is expected back after two limited practices. If active, he gets a slight preference over Terry McLaurin, though both should project similarly.
Antonio Williams is an interesting tournament option. His projections may lag behind his upside, creating a chance to get exposure at lower ownership.
Treylon Burks is the preferred punt over Dyami Brown, with his playing time trending upward while Brown’s has declined.
Chig Okonkwo faces a difficult matchup against a strong 49ers defense against tight ends. I’d rather take a chance on Williams at a similar price.
ROSTER CONSTRUCTION 📊
49ers onslaughts are a natural starting point given the 29.75-point team total and Washington’s defensive struggles.
McCaffrey is the strongest individual play, while Kittle’s value rises if Evans is ruled out.
Washington has enough implied scoring to keep up, so Diggs, McLaurin, and Williams remain viable if you expect a competitive game.
If Evans sits, ownership on Kittle and the cheap 49ers receivers could climb quickly. Pay attention to which value options become the field’s preferred salary savers.
The alternative is to build around a San Francisco blowout. Washington could struggle to keep pace, making 49ers-heavy constructions more attractive.

10 CONTRARIAN PLAYS TO BEAT THE CHALK IN WEEK 6🏆
All these guys are under 10% Owned 👀
RUNNING BACKS
1. JAMES COOK // 10%
Fumblitis notwithstanding, Cook has been running with a purpose, and the Bills project to get ahead early.
A favorable script for a guy who can pile up yards in a hurry.
2. TONY POLLARD // 5%
You don’t want to click him because no one wants to be a donkey.
I don’t mind that so much. 🤷♂️
3. TYLER ALLGEIER // 8%
Ride the wave of this game environment.
Cheap enough to get there regardless of game script.
4. DERRICK HENRY // 4%
Overpriced by $1,300 according to our Sportsbook Implied numbers, but everyone has cool stats until Derrick Henry hits them in the mouth.
WIDE RECEIVERS
5. MICHAEL WILSON // 7%
Slightly overpriced for this matchup with the Rams, who are stingy against downfield passing.
Hence the ownership discount and the juicy MME click.
6. DK METCALF // 5%
A depleted depth chart behind him is a plus.
A Q tag for the sniffles and potentially windy conditions are doing their part to suppress ownership. Fine by me.
7. TRE TUCKER // 6%
Buffalo has been yielding yards and touchdowns through the air, thanks in part to an abysmal 37.8% quick pressure rate.
Tucker has the wheels to make them pay.
8. JALEN COKER // 7%
These aren’t your dad’s Eagles, and Bryce Young has been awesome this year.
The Panthers are coming off a bye with good health and presumably a few tricks up their sleeves.
9. LADD MCCONKEY // 2%
My vision blurs as my trembling hand guides the cursor toward his name.
But… what if he’s healthy?

WILL WEATHER IMPACT YOUR DFS LINEUPS THIS WEEK? 🌧️
Introducing the NEW Weather Tool at OneWeekSeason! 🔥
Wind, rain, snow, and extreme temperatures can all impact how a game plays out. Now you can see which matchups deserve a closer look before building your rosters.
Here's what you get:
HOURLY WEATHER FORECASTS — Track wind, gusts, rain, snow, temperature, and humidity throughout every game.
WEATHER IMPACT LEVELS — Quickly identify games with LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH weather concerns.
HOW TO USE IT FOR DFS
Take PIT @ TB as an example:
Winds of 17–18 mph with gusts up to 30 mph could impact passing attacks and kickers.
That doesn't mean automatically fading players. Use the forecast to weigh the risks and make more informed roster decisions.
With hourly updates, you can track changing conditions right up to kickoff.
Don't let the weather catch you off guard on Sunday.
Explore the Weather Tool at @OneWeekSeason before building your Week 6 lineups! 🔥
BUYING LOW ON COLSTON LOVELAND 👀
Loveland’s production has been disappointing, but I’m willing to bet on the talent and opportunity at $4,300.
Chicago is implied for 26.5 points, and with Caleb Williams likely returning, Loveland has a path to a much bigger game.
When Caleb scores 25+ fantasy points, Loveland has been the Bears pass catcher most likely to come along, doing so 60% of the time.
The Bears will be popular, but Loveland is trailing Burden, Odunze and Swift in projected ownership.
Sometimes you have to buy when everyone else is running away. 🔥

WEEK 6 RUNNING BACKS 🔥
10 RB targets have Mike's attention heading into Week 6... 👀
1. BIJAN ROBINSON (vs CHI) — Three 30-point games in five weeks. With the Falcons in a strong spot against Chicago, Bijan has a real shot at making it four out of six.
2. JAMES COOK (@ LV) — Elite run blocking meets a vulnerable run defense. Add Cook's explosive ability, and you've got an elite GPP option.
3. RHAMONDRE STEVENSON (vs NYJ) — Henderson's expected return could actually help keep ownership down without significantly changing Stevenson's workload.
AN INNER CIRCLE PASS IS JUST $1 THIS WEEK!
Check it out at @OneWeekSeason!
4. KYREN WILLIAMS // BLAKE CORUM (vs ARI) — The Rams should score plenty this week. Kyren is massively underpriced if his role holds, while Corum has multiple paths to paying off if touches become more balanced.
5. D'ANDRE SWIFT (@ ATL) — A workhorse back who already delivered a massive Week 1 performance in a similar matchup with Caleb Williams under center.

WEEK 6 PASS CATCHERS TO FINISH IN FIRST🔥
Building a sharper WR/TE pool starts here. Mike's Week 6 targets... 🎯
WIDE RECEIVERS
1. DRAKE LONDON (vs CHI) — Dominant receiver in a great matchup. Still searching for his first TD of the season, but a breakout could be coming in a big way.
2. PUKA NACUA // DAVANTE ADAMS (vs ARI) — Elite talent in an incredible matchup. The Rams are positioned to put up a ton of points, giving both receivers massive upside.
3. LUTHER BURDEN III // ROME ODUNZE (@ ATL) — The Bears haven't hit their stride offensively yet, but both receivers have the talent to deliver in a favorable matchup.
4. MICHAEL WILSON (@ LAR) — Don't forget what Wilson did in Weeks 3 and 4, or how productive he was without MHJ last season. The upside is still there.
5. MALIK NABERS (vs NO) — One of the league's most talented receivers against a Saints secondary that could struggle to contain him.

6. ISAIAH LIKELY (vs NO) — Ranks 3rd among ALL players in target share this season. Severely underpriced in a favorable matchup.
7. BROCK BOWERS (vs BUF) — A massive ceiling with a salary that could keep ownership in check. An appealing tournament option.

WHO'S HURT THIS WEEK? 👀
Every team's practice report. Wednesday through Friday. The injuries that matter most for DFS, all in one place.
Caleb Williams. Chris Olave. DJ Moore. DK Metcalf. Quinshon Judkins.
See who's practicing, who's trending toward missing Sunday, and which injuries could flip the slate.
The OWS Injuries tool has you covered. 🔥
7 VALUE PLAYS TO HELP YOU BINK WEEK 6 🏆
1. JALON DANIELS ($4,800)
Daniels has scored 13 DK points in both starts, giving him a solid floor with rushing upside.
He hasn't found the end zone on the ground yet, and one rushing TD could push him toward 20 points at a salary that helps unlock the rest of your lineup.
2. MICHAEL PENIX ($5,000)
Penix is playing in a strong game environment and is expected to draw just 5% ownership. If this game turns into a track meet, a 300-yard, three-TD performance could be enough to matter in tournaments.
Pairing him with Drake London is the obvious starting point.
3. BRAELON ALLEN ($5,700)
Allen played 86% of the snaps and handled 25 opportunities last week. With his price barely moving, Papy expects another heavy workload, even in a tougher matchup.
An affordable RB commanding that much of the offense is difficult to ignore.
🚨THE BEST VALUE ON THE SLATE🚨
An Inner Circle Pass is only $1 for this Week!
Check it out at OneWeekSeason 🔥
4. XAVIER WORTHY ($4,600)
Rashee Rice hasn't practiced with a hamstring injury. If he misses, Worthy could become the primary volume option in a depleted Chiefs WR room.
His role has changed when Rice has been out before, and that potential workload isn't reflected in his salary.
5. GERMIE BERNARD ($4,000)
6. D.K. METCALF ($5,700)
The Steelers are passing the ball more than any team in the league and they’re facing a team that opponents choose to attack through the air.
The situation is made juicier by injuries. Roman Wilson, Michael Pittman, and Ben Skowronek have been ruled out, giving the Steelers a highly condensed target tree.
Consider playing Rodgers + Bernard + Metcalf with no Buccaneers bring back.
7. TYLER HIGBEE ($3,400)
Higbee has recorded at least five catches and 60 yards in three straight games while still carrying a backup-level salary.
He hasn't scored a TD yet, but that could change against Arizona. He's an interesting addition to Matthew Stafford + Puka Nacua stacks.
