A great night with great company. Freeman cooked up an Italian feast and we drank like kings! We were colleagues for years; we’ll be friends for life (whether he likes it or not!) @JFreemanHistory #italianfeast #tiramisu
Great to be in the audience for a lively Brexit debate for @BBCr4today with @campbellclaret and Jacob Rees-Mogg locking horns
To mark Holocaust Memorial Day it was great to have Holocaust survivor Ruth Posner talking to our Year 9s about her extraordinary life. Thank you @HolocaustUK

Visiting Ypres & the Somme last year on the school History trip gave me a whole new perspective, understanding and appreciation of Remembrance Day. So many lives lost, so much heartache and sorrow. All so we can enjoy the freedoms we have #WeWillRememberThem
I had the privilege of delivering the address for the Remembrance service at my new school. Couldn't have done it without the ideas here. Thank you so much for sharing such wonderful resources. I added in the story of my Great Great Uncle killed on the first day of the Somme.

The Year 7s got to spend their Thursday of Enterprise Week at the Battle of Hastings site and Pevensey Castle - any excuse to dress up and recreate the drama of 1066

We started day 2 with a walk along the East Side gallery; todays focus is all about the Cold War @FulhamboysJF @FBS__History @FulhamBoys
The history trip to Berlin always throws up a new experience. Today the boys experienced the extraordinary Jewish museum. Here boys walked over 10,000 screaming metal portraits whose clanging echoes give voice to the victims of persecution @FBS__History @FBSteaching

And we’re off! Berlin here we come! #historytrip @FulhamboysJF @FulhamBoys

Very proud of Jake Daniels, this will make a huge difference to young people across the country. Everyone needs a relatable role model. Well done Jake 🏳️🌈 bbc.co.uk/sport/football/614…
It was hard to say goodbye to the Year 13 yesterday. They are real men of character who will go out into the world and make a massive difference. The thing I'll miss most: their sense if humour
