Today I had the opportunity to represent DAVIS Construction at the JDRF Real Estate Games. It was great to network/compete and fundraise with developers and other members of the AEC industry. I placed 3rd in fastest lacrosse shot challenge with a shot of 93 mph!

Earlier this month, the VA Vantage Veterans Chapter proudly represented Vantage Data Centers at the Breakthrough T1D Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Games in Virginia. Alongside 50+ teams of general contractors, real estate professionals and industry peers, we competed in a full day of athletic events - from 3v3 basketball and soccer shootouts to swimming relays and volleyball - all in support of a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. This annual fundraiser benefits Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), an organization committed to transforming the lives of those living with T1D through research, advocacy and hope. We’re proud to have placed 19th out of 53 teams - but even prouder to contribute to such an important mission.
