"I saw that many pastors allowed themselves to be taken up with ideas that were dangerous to the Church. They were building a great, strange, and extravagant Church. Everyone was to be admitted in it in order to be united and have equal rights: Evangelicals, Catholics, sects of every description. Such was to be the new Church..." "I saw the fatal consequences of this counterfeit church; I saw it increase; I saw heretics of all kinds flocking to the city [of Rome]. The local clergy grew lukewarm, and I saw a great darkness..." "I see that the false Church of darkness is making progress and I see the dreadful influence it has on the people. The Holy Father and the Church are verily in so great a distress that one must implore God night and day..." "It seemed to be a large, old house like a town hall with columns in front. I saw no altar in it, but only benches, and in the middle of it something like a pulpit. They had preaching and singing, but nothing else... And lo, a most singular sight! Each member of the congregation drew an idol from his breast, set it up before him, and prayed to it." "They want to take from the shepherd his own pasture grounds! They want to fill his place with one who will hand all over to the enemy!" "I had another vision of the great tribulation. It seems to me that a concession was demanded from the clergy which could not be granted. I saw many older priests, especially one, who wept bitterly. A few younger ones were also weeping. But others, and the lukewarm among them, readily did what was demanded. It was as if people were splitting into two camps." "Very evil times are coming... The non-Catholics will mislead many. They will use every possible means to entice them from the Church, and great disturbances will follow." "All sorts of abominations were committed in it... The priests let things go their way and said Mass very irreverently; only a few of them were still a little intelligent and pious... Then my Heavenly Spouse bound me as He Himself had been bound to the pillar, and He said: 'So will the Church yet be bound. She will be tightly bound before she shall again arise.'" "I saw in all places Catholics oppressed, annoyed, restricted, and deprived of liberty, churches were closed, and great misery prevailed everywhere with war and bloodshed." "Again I saw in vision St. Peter's undermined according to a plan devised by the secret sect while, at the same time, it was damaged by storms; but it was delivered at the moment of greatest distress. Again I saw the Blessed Virgin extending her mantle over it." Bl. Catherine Emmerich (1774- 1824)

When you die, your guardian angel may do something for you that most Catholics have never heard about. And the most beautiful part happens after your soul leaves your body... ⤵️ The Catholic Church teaches that angels watch over us throughout our lives. But here's what many people don't realize. Your guardian angel's work may not end when your heart stops beating. Catholic tradition tells us that during your final moments, your angel stays close, protecting you from evil and comforting you as you prepare to meet God. When your loved ones can no longer hold your hand, the angel who has watched over you since childhood is still there. But what happens when your soul finally leaves your body? According to a teaching attributed to St. Aloysius Gonzaga, your guardian angel accompanies you as you stand before God. Imagine facing the most important moment of your existence, knowing you're not alone. But here's where it gets even more beautiful. If you enter heaven, the angel who spent your entire life protecting you finally gets to celebrate with you in God's presence. But what if your soul goes to purgatory? Does your guardian angel abandon you? Catholic devotional tradition says no. Your angel is believed to visit you, comfort you, and pray for you while your soul is being prepared for heaven. And there's something even more touching. The prayers your family offers for you after you've died can still help your soul. Even when you can no longer hear their voices, their love can still reach you through prayer. Now think about something. Your guardian angel has seen every tear you've cried, every heartbreak you've suffered, and every night you felt completely alone. Even during the moments when you thought nobody was watching over you, your angel was there. And if you reach heaven, the angel who silently protected you all those years will finally share in your joy forever. So when you think about death, remember this. The angel who was there when you entered this world may also be there when you leave it. And the most beautiful part? The one who spent your whole life guiding you toward heaven may finally get to rejoice with you when you arrive. 💬 Have you ever survived something that made you wonder if your guardian angel stepped in?

Dateline September 2018 The trip ended in Foley, Alabama, where 53 dogs and 11 cats got baths and blankets at a private shelter. The shelter animals had escaped South Carolina, where Hurricane Florence was heading for the coast. The one who got them out was Tony Alsup, a truck driver from East Tennessee. He bought the old school bus himself and took out the seats to make room for kennels. He drove it to shelters in the path of the hurricane and loaded kennel after kennel. One truck driver, one school bus, and 64 shelter animals that no longer had to wait for the storm.

A woman once wrote to Fulton Sheen, begging him to visit her brother, William, who was dying of cancer. He had grown to hate God and had already thrown out ten priests. So Sheen went, and said only, “Good evening, William,” and closed the door. He came back for 40 nights straight, never mentioning religion. On the last night he said, “William, you’re going to die tonight.” “I know it.” “Do you want to make your peace with God?” “No. Get out.” Sheen knelt by the bed and promised God that if William showed any sign of repentance, he would build a church, though he earned only $1,800 a year as a professor. He asked once more. Again, “No. Get out.” So Sheen leaned close to William’s face and whispered, “William, say ‘My Jesus, mercy’ before you die.” “I will not.” At 4 a.m., word came that William had died. The nurse said that about ten minutes after Sheen left, William began saying, “My Jesus, mercy,” and never stopped saying it until he died.

HEARTBREAKING UPDATE: THE AIRMAN WHO FELL TO HIS DEATH AT THE UTSA FOOTBALL GAME LEAVES BEHIND A WIFE AND TWO YOUNG BOYS. We now know the identity of the U.S. Air Force member who tragically fell approximately 150 feet during a military rappelling demonstration at the Alamodome in San Antonio on October 17th. His name was Technical Sergeant Ian Patterson, a decorated Air Force veteran with 15 years of service. Ian was participating in a pregame demonstration honoring our military before the UTSA - Navy football game when something went terribly wrong. He descended at a dangerously high speed and struck the field in front of thousands of spectators. He was rushed to the hospital but tragically did not survive. Ian was a husband to Niki and a father to two young boys. Niki is a stay-at-home mother who homeschools their children. Ian was their primary financial provider. Ian spent 15 years serving our country. He served in Korea, Colorado, and Germany, and was recognized as the Air Force Special Warfare Enlisted Instructor of the Year in 2022. A GoFundMe has been established to help Niki relocate closer to family, provide for her children, and handle potential legal expenses. Please pray for Niki and these two little boys. Our military families sacrifice more than most people will ever understand. 🇺🇸 Rest in peace, Technical Sergeant Ian Patterson. Thank you for your service.

I have prayed the Stations of the Cross at countless churches, shrines, and monasteries. But I think I may have found the most beautiful of them all. Tucked into the magnificent forest surrounding Holy Hill, Wisconsin’s Basilica and National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians, is an extraordinary outdoor Way of the Cross. And to walk it in October is almost indescribable. The air was crisp and cool. The towering trees were dressed in brilliant gold, orange, and crimson. Fallen leaves blanketed the winding path. And nestled among the trees, one after another, were breathtaking scenes of Our Lord’s Passion. These are no ordinary Stations. The nearly life-sized figures were sculpted from Bedford limestone by Milwaukee artist Joseph Aszklar and completed in 1928. Each scene is sheltered within a rustic grotto of fieldstone, as though it has been part of the forest for centuries. The craftsmanship is extraordinary. The expressions, the gestures, the sorrow on the faces. Our Lord beneath the weight of His Cross. His Blessed Mother witnessing His suffering. The terrible beauty of Calvary. There was something especially moving about contemplating the suffering and death of Christ amid such overwhelming natural beauty. The rustling leaves, the cool autumn breeze, the quiet of the woods. I've encountered many beautiful Stations of the Cross in my travels, but these may be the most magnificent I've ever seen. If you ever have the opportunity to visit Holy Hill, please don't miss this sacred path. And if you can go in autumn, all the better. What an extraordinary place to walk with Christ to Calvary. ❤️

🚨This is a MUST READ: it’s a post from a French Citizen: Brivael Le Pogam, this is the best description of what has occurred in France I have seen, read his words: Le Pogam: “To every American, and to everyone watching France burn from abroad: Do not blame the French people for this. We never asked for it. We never voted for it. And the one time we were clearly asked, we said no. Here are the numbers your media won't show you. 70% of the French say there are too many immigrants in France today. 79% want a tougher immigration policy. 77% disapprove of the government's record on immigration. 83% want foreign criminals and long-term unemployed foreigners sent home. And no, it's not just the old. 69% of French 18 to 24 year olds support suspending legal immigration for three years. This is not a fringe. This is the French people. In 2005, we were asked if we wanted the European Constitution. 55% voted no. Three years later, our politicians passed the same text under another name, through parliament, without ever asking us again. That is modern France in one sentence. The people say no. The elites do it anyway. So who is responsible? The politicians who lied to us. A class of leaders formed in the same schools, the same forums, the same networks, loyal to each other before they are loyal to their nations. In 2017, at Harvard, Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, bragged about his Young Global Leaders program in four words: "We penetrate the cabinets." He added that it was true in France. Emmanuel Macron was one of his Young Global Leaders. It's the same project in Brussels with Ursula von der Leyen and in Paris with Macron. Borders treated as an obstacle. Nations treated as relics. The people treated as a problem to be managed. What you are watching in France is not the French people failing. It is the end of the globalist project, an abject, quasi-communist dream of a world run by unelected planners. It is collapsing everywhere in Europe at once, and the West has to cut this cancer out before it takes the rest of the body with it. The peoples of Europe don't want this. They never did. So when you see our town halls burning, don't say "the French chose this." The French never chose this. They were forced into it. If you're French and you agree, repost this so the world hears it from us. If you're American, look at us carefully. Then choose differently on November 3rd.” Hope that wakes you up… Vote RED 🇺🇸
