Remember Victoria Climbié - born this day, 1991. Her favourite colour was red and she liked to entertain. The death of this 8-year-old led to improved child protection policies/practices and a promise to make the difference for those we serve #VictoriaClimbié #everychildmatters

Didn’t expect this to get this much attention. There’s pictures attached here & the route was from Royal Mile down Bank St/the Mound to Princes St then towards Castle St. If someone does find it I’m happy to pay for its return (or buy you a pint/coffee/cake whatever😂!) 💜

Jacqueline Pokuaa is a social worker who lost her life protecting a woman and newborn baby from a murderous gunman this weekend. Jacqueline laid down her life in the service of others and we will not forget her sacrifice. RIP Jacqueline 💔
