Was about to ask when will be Cabinet Shuffle then I remembered we are just a year and a month in.

The argument about 15 / 20yrs minimum is missing a major screw.
The minimum sentence does not remove Judges' power to rule one way or another.
A charge is not a verdict. A trial must ensue and a plea made, or one found innocent or guilty.
Minimum don't erase a right to trial.
Though I understand the constraint, i'm not in support of Min Montaque meeting at the lying Dayton Campbell's Constituency Office to discuss Govt's assistance to constituents.
It's not customary. Not even CDF Consultation Meetings they want to keep at Constituency offices.
It would appear, the protesting Lawyers didn't make a good closing argument when they met with the Govt.
