A biological male cannot be discriminated against on the basis of sex when he is not female. He is seeking the protections and spaces created for women, and that directly removes those same rights from actual women and girls.

Who exactly gave the people in this photograph the authority to decide whether Scotland's public services should be allowed to use X? Public services belong to the public, not the SNP. Surely decisions about how taxpayers receive information should be based on public need, not party conference votes?
