I built something! Re-Introducing Myhappr. I've been working on a simple way for creators, developers, designers, and anyone doing something worth supporting to receive appreciation for their work. The idea is simple. You create a page, share your link, and anyone who likes what you do can send you a little support, even from outside your country. You keep 100% of your tips, and withdrawals are free. No platform cut. I'm starting with Nigeria and Ghana, with more countries coming. And of course, you can support what I'm building here too: myhappr.com/samueltuoyo Check it out: myhappr.com Dont forget to give @myhappr a quick follow.

Antibiotic discovery is becoming a race against time. 🦠 Resistance keeps rising, while developing new antibiotics remains difficult. We need better ways to discover, test and develop new antimicrobial drugs. Microbiology is at the centre of this fight. 🔬 @ASMicrobiology

AI demos are the easy part. If you’ve been around for a while, you know the reality is different: generating code is easy; confidently putting your name on it and shipping it is what counts. Meet Uno Platform Studio. What happens after the prompt is what matters most. 👇 A real enterprise .NET application needs cross-platform consistency, design-system awareness, live runtime context, and UI validation across every state. With Uno Platform Studio, your prompt isn’t the end of the workflow. It’s one possible beginning. Start with AI in your browser - no installation required. Describe your application, watch it get scaffolded live, and preview it while it’s running. Then bring the same project into your preferred IDE or CLI and keep building. Or start with C# and XAML. Edit the running application visually with Hot Design, iterate with Hot Reload across web, desktop, and mobile, and accelerate screen design with ready-made UI blocks. Move freely between AI, visual tooling, and code. Use AI where it creates leverage and take control wherever you need it. Two workflows. Same project. Same Uno Platform foundation. One continuous path from idea to production. Try Uno Platform Studio in your browser 👉 platform.uno

Hey devs! Every time I deployed an MVP on Railway or Render free trials, sending emails with Nodemailer, smtplib, net/smtp, etc. failed because outbound SMTP ports (25, 465, 587) are strictly blocked. Plus, services like Resend force you to buy and setup a custom domain first. So I built SendLib, a dedicated, production-ready email API for devs. SendLib lets you connect a Gmail account (e.g. [email protected]) via Google OAuth 2.0 and gives you a secure REST API to send transactional emails (welcome emails, password resets, OTPs) from wherever your product is hosted, straight to your user's inbox. How it works: 1. Connect your product Gmail account via 1-click Google OAuth. 2. Grab an API key from your dashboard. 3. Send a single HTTP POST request from any language. Free tier: Connect up to 10 Gmail accounts & send up to 500 emails/day per account (2,000/day for Workspace). Check it out: lnkd.in/ejw6zEE7 I'd love your feedback! Thank you! 🙏

𝗖# 𝗶𝗻 𝗩𝗦 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻. In March, this finally changed 👇 What's the problem with C# in VS Code? You open your .NET solution in VS Code, Cursor, or another lightweight editor. You get basic syntax highlighting. Some IntelliSense. Maybe a few squiggly lines. But real productivity? That's been missing. Here is what I kept running into: • Weak code analysis that misses real issues • Limited refactoring support • Limited Solution Explorer • No reliable navigation to decompiled sources • No built-in unit test runner • AI-generated code with no quality layer on top For years, the only real options were: ❌ Use a full IDE like Visual Studio or Rider ❌ Piece together multiple VS Code extensions and hope they work This changed in March. JetBrains officially released 𝗥𝗲𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿 for VS Code, Cursor, and Google Antigravity: jetbrains.com/resharper/?pro… This is the same ReSharper engine that millions of developers have trusted in Visual Studio for 20+ years, now running in VS Code, Cursor, and Google Antigravity. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁: 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗯𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀. Here is what made a real difference for me: 1️⃣ Professional-grade code analysis ↳ Real-time inspections and quick-fixes for C#, Razor, Blazor, and XAML. It catches issues that basic extensions completely miss. 2️⃣ Smart coding assistance ↳ Context-aware completion, auto-imports, live templates, and inline documentation that go way beyond what a standard editor offers. 3️⃣ Solution Explorer inside VS Code ↳ A central hub for managing files, folders, NuGet packages, and projects across your entire solution. Just like in Rider or Visual Studio. 4️⃣ Refactoring you can trust ↳ Rename works across your whole solution while safely handling conflicts and references. No more search-and-replace guessing. 5️⃣ Fast navigation to any source ↳ Jump to symbols, usages, files, and types. When source code is not available, ReSharper decompiles assemblies and takes you directly to the declaration. 6️⃣ Built-in unit testing ↳ Run and manage tests for NUnit, xUnit .net, and MSTest directly in your editor with easy navigation to failing tests. The next major area of focus for ReSharper for VS Code is debugging support. JetBrains is actively working on support for launching debugging sessions and attaching to processes in .NET and .NET Framework applications. 👉 You can install ReSharper in the Extensions view of your editor (VS Code, Cursor, and Google Antigravity) —— Many thanks to @jetbrains for sponsoring this post

It's now about 1 tool, it is about how you use and orchestrate different tools for different purposes. Everyday I am utilizing my #GitHubCopilot subscription in: - @code for deep visual planning, coding, diff, PR management, - @visualstudio for complex debugging and profiling - @GHCopilotCLILog for crazy fleets and autopilot joy - @GitHub.com for cloud agents and quick insights (mostly from my phone) And often I have projects open in all of them at the same time parallizing work. Oh and you can use your GitHub Copilot Subscription in like 100 other places and in any app you build with the SDK. I subscription, all the places, all the tools.

𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗖# 𝟭𝟱 And you will use it 👇 Sounds scary, right? But this one is different. The official champion proposal for C# 15 introduces 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 statements. It solves a problem we all hit with nested loops. And we usually solve it badly: ❌ Use goto with weird labels at the bottom of loops. ❌ Use flags that leak state and hide intent. Both make code harder to read and maintain. Now imagine this instead. → You name the loop you want to exit. → Then you say exactly what you mean. "Break outer loop." "Continue outer loop." And yes, other languages already do this: → Java, Kotlin, Rust, Go, Swift. C# is finally catching up. This feature has been requested for years. It is now officially championed. Which means it is very likely coming. And once it does, you will use it. Not because it is fancy. But because it is simply better. Personally, I like this idea. What do you think about this C# feature? 📌 Want to be the first who learns about new features in C# 15 and .NET 11?
