✨So most of our patients with #Vulvodynia have high tone #pelvicfloors, (too tight of muscles). A home program should consist of PF relaxation #exercises, diaphragmatic breathing to relax PF muscles 😮‍💨 foam rolling the #pelvic girdle muscles ☺️

I’ve only used @IntimateRose dilators; we have a set in our office that we are able to show patients. Usually if you email the company, they will give you a discount code. then eventually I transition them to the vaginal wand once they have reached the appropriate size

Did you know there are ways to work on pelvic floor muscle tension between PT sessions? A pelvic wand or dilator set are two ways! I love the @IntimateRose & @therawand brands 🤗 Ask your PT what is appropriate for you & they can teach you how to use to best help! #TipTuesday – at Gilbert, AZ
