My last 2 trips were with @IntercapeBus and they were overpriced(all trips were within the same month) and the service was BEYOND HORRIBLE!! both bussess were delayed on both trips and the communication was so bad! They’ve honestly lost me as a customer!

@IntercapeBus Desmond at the Midrand station mixed up our client's ticket and they missed thier transport to Queenstown. We've been trying in vain to get this sorted since last night and this is all we got, same as this morning. Ur urgent assistance will be highly appreciated.
