Replying to @InstantlyAI
@InstantlyAI started with a problem its founders experienced firsthand.
While running a lead generation agency, co-founder @raulkaevand faced a familiar challenge: cold email tools became expensive as the number of client campaigns and email accounts grew.
Instead of accepting that cost, the team built a tool around a simpler idea: make outbound easier to scale without making the process more complicated.
That idea became @InstantlyAI.
Today, the platform combines lead discovery, email outreach, inbox warmup, deliverability tools, and AI powered campaign automation. Its website says it connects users to 450M+ leads and serves 700K+ businesses worldwide.
But what I find interesting is how the product has evolved beyond sending emails.
Finding prospects is only one part of outbound. You still need relevant targeting, personalized messaging, reliable inbox placement, timely follow ups, and a way to turn replies into real opportunities.
@InstantlyAI is building around that entire workflow instead of treating cold email as an isolated task.
That distinction matters for startups. More outreach doesn't automatically mean more pipeline. Better targeting, relevant offers, and consistent follow up are what make the system work.
@InstantlyAI evolution from an internal agency tool into a broader sales engagement platform is a useful example of solving a problem close to the customer before expanding the product around it.
Customer first approach is powerful, Iโm interested to see how the team continues redefining what efficient, AI powered sales outreach can look like.

36 meetings in 18 days.
That was the result for a B2B SaaS client who came to us with a "cold email doesn't work for our industry" story.
Here's what we found:
- Their domain reputation was destroyed (sending from their main domain)
- Email copy was 400+ words with 3 CTAs
- No follow-up sequence
- Targeting "marketing professionals" instead of actual buyers
We rebuilt everything:
- Proper domains and inboxes with proper warmup
- 47-word emails with one question
- 5-touch follow-up sequence
Same product. Same market. Same founder.
Different system, different results.
Cold outbound isn't magic. It's architecture.

In any GTM motion, it's far too easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of tools that are available now-a-days.
At the core though, to have real leverage now in 2026, you need three things:
1๏ธโฃ A reliable agent frameworks like Grok @bot, Hermes, or OpenClaw
2๏ธโฃ A data layer to search your relevant ICP with good coverage & validation
3๏ธโฃ A scalable sending platform for cold outreach
Now you might ask, "what does real leverage mean!?"
To me, real leverage involves these core things which I think we can all agree on:
First, you need to have an agent that can actually *do* the job on your behalf. Grok Bot is most definitely the one as of late that can do that, wherever you go. I was able to kick off a simple GTM motion enriching ~20k leads, and while the agent did the work, I set the phone down and went to play soccer w/my son at practice.
Second, you need a good data coverage layer. We used @prospeo_io for this use case because they have good coverage for what we were looking for. The real source of truth is LinkedIn itself, so you'll want a data provider that can be as close to that with valid emails.
Third, you need a good sending layer. For cold email, we used @InstantlyAI because having multiple domains and inboxes allows to keep your primary domain healthy with good deliverability while the capacity at which you want to send is correlated to that.
In other words, if you want to reach out to the whole world about your offer as fast as possible, you're going to need a lot more than just one domain and one inbox.
Putting this all together, enabling the context + capabilities with your Grok Bot is by far the way to go to have a true "GTM" motion, while still giving you that freedom to do more human things (like touch grass).
In this video, I break down a very simple stack to do exactly that, step by step. ๐ป

I would use @InstantlyAI new partnership agent:
Tell it who you ICP is and it finds the right companies, identifies the decision maker, AND writes the email
And these emails are better than what I sent....

If you donโt have an audience โ just like me
(I only have 1,700 followers on @X )
do this:
1/ Buy a few cheap domains.
I use @Namecheap
2/ Create 5 email inboxes for each domain.
3/ Build your sending infrastructure and warm up the inboxes.
I use @InstantlyAI
4/ Find the right leads to contact.
I use [ClientDoneForYou .com]
5/ Start sending cold emails. Test. Learn. Scale what works.
Do this consistently, keep improving the targeting and offer, and it becomes very hard to get zero customers.
RT @seanlongden: There's something I call terminal credibility which helps you convert cold traffic at a higher rate
What does it mean?

Going live with @genokadzin on @InstantlyAI today to build the GTM engine we use for clients.
Will start by building the TAM in Claude Code with one prompt. Then I'll work through which companies we can sell to, how to segment them, and who to contact, before turning that into campaigns inside the tools you already use.
If you've been reading my tweets about this, come see how the whole thing works.
12pm ET, today.

Starting with TAM, then turning it into campaigns inside the tools you already own, with one prompt.
Heโll build the TAM in Claude Code, show the exact engine he runs for clients, and explain why he wouldnโt start a campaign from a generic list of 10,000 names.
Live today at 12pm ET.

Week 9 of Scaling the @InstantlyAI Showโข Past $1M ARR
An 18 year old running a $1.4M agency, $500M in pipeline from 1 systems guy and a sold G-Wagon ๐๐ฝ
Last week @paolo_scales, Mike Ellis, @Lukealexxander, Jani Vrancsik, Keagan van Staden, @romanbuildsaas and Milana Petkovic came on the show.
7 things I took from the week:
1. He closed his first 6 figures hiding behind a baby photo.
At 15 or 16, Paolo @paolo_scales ran his agency with a childhood picture as his profile photo because he didn't want prospects to know his real age. He's 18 now and doesn't hide anymore. His agency does $1.4 million a year.
2. He still takes every sales call himself.
Even after crossing $1 million ARR and training over 5,000 reps before this company, Luke @Lukealexxander closes every deal personally at @Kendosalesai. His reasoning: you learn more from 1 real sales call than from research or asking an LLM.
3. He sold the product before it existed.
Roman @romanbuildsaas advertised Gojiberry AI through cold outreach on Instantly before the tool was even built, charging $100 a month and finding the leads by hand.
4. He rotated his inboxes 1 week faster and results nearly doubled.
Moving from a 4 week inbox rotation to 3 weeks, with no other changes, is what pushed Mike Ellis's reply rates up that much. His agency Kale Acquisition does $4 million plus a year sending cold email to local businesses most tools ignore.
5. Every team has 1 person who refuses to use AI, and that person is your ceiling.
Not the star performer. The holdout. Jani Vrancsik grew his agency Growth Today to $1.5 million with $0 spent on ads.
6. 1 word in your call to action can double your booking rate.
Asking "can you meet Thursday at 11am" converts far better than "will you have time tomorrow," according to Keagan van Staden, because "can you" asks about right now, not an uncertain future.
7. Every email under 60 words, or it doesn't go out.
For a Shopify client stuck with long, generic emails and broken infrastructure, Milana Petkovic cut every email under 70 words and fixed the offer. Results went from nearly nothing to 300+ opportunities off 252,000 emails sent.
โ๏ธASK MY GUESTS ANYTHING
Drop your question in the comments and tag whoever you want to hear from, they'll come answer it themselves.
@paolo_scales posts on 3 different platforms now, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
@Lukealexxander had never opened a terminal before he started this company. He still doesn't code, he just decides what a feature should do and hands it to his dev team.
@romanbuildsaas only applied to Y Combinator after his company was already doing close to $1 million a year, specifically for the network, not the money.
Mike Ellis never buys branded email accounts for a client.
Jani Vrancsik runs an outbound focused agency, but 85% of his own deals come from inbound.
Keagan van Staden's rule for booking a meeting: never same day, too much pressure, and never more than 48 hours out, people forget why they said yes.
Milana Petkovic won a competition for the best AI SDR agent earlier this year.

iโve always been a big believer in organic traffic
but recently, we started experimenting with cold email and holy shit, it works pretty well
it hasnโt generated much revenue yet, but itโs been surprisingly effective at starting conversations with our target persona
all it took was:
- buying 5 domains, and 20 mailboxes
- scraping a few thousand leads
- and writing 4 email copies
- instantly subscription
- some patience
thatโs it.
highly recommend trying cold email if you have a clearly defined target persona

.@instantlyAI just launched a new agent: Lead Finder
It refills your campaigns with new leads on autopilot.
Here's how it works:
1๏ธโฃ Set a minimum active lead count (e.g. always 50+ leads).
2๏ธโฃ When the campaign dips below this number, the agent runs a search based on the existing audience and adds similar leads.
3๏ธโฃ If a search runs dry, you can either broaden the audience or pause.
There is 0 reason to not have automated campaigns running in the background.
Itโs insurance that your target market hears from you consistently.
And itโs easier than ever to get started.

Thank you @InstantlyAI for having me on the show.
Key takeaway for viewers watching this.
- speed to lead is huge for lead to booking
- calling interested leads is necessary
- ai setters work if you use them properly
- outbound ai setters donโt work (yet)
- every lead has a different intent
- Eugene is the goat
Check it out, I come in around 23mins in.

โ 20 inboxes, 5 domains
โ 3 weeks warmup before a single send
โ 30 emails per inbox per day
โ 1,800 US recruiters
3.9K sends โ 29 replies โ 8 meetings.
Only two things mattered: domain setup got me into the inbox, copy got me the meetings at @InstantlyAI

Just received the @InstantlyAI award for generating 5,000+ opportunities. ๐
(Our actual total is far higher than that.)
I'm going to show you how you can:
โ Generate 5K+ opps in the next 180 days
โ The tools you need to use
โ How much it costs to run
The math:
5,000 opportunities = $2.5M+ (minimum) in lifetime client revenue
We're currently at $500K/month with our agency so let me break down what this actually looks like to send at scale:
The reply math:
5,000 รท 0.7% positive reply rate
= ~714,000 emails to send.
The volume math (180 days):
714K emails รท 128 business days
= ~5,580 emails/day
= ~120K emails/month
The Tech stack (with CCG member discounts):
โ ScaledMail $850/mo (120K emails)
โ AI-Ark lead scraping $320/mo
โ Millionverifier - $65/mo
โ Instantly for sending - $87/mo
Total: ~$1,101/month.
$1,101/month in โ $2.5M+ out
CCG members get every discount listed + more AND the step-by-step course to run it
(We also have a DFY infra offer through @DeanFiacco ScaledMail if you'd rather skip the setup)
Just $97
