I've been thinking about using jev over my drizzle-cube semantic layer to improve the discover and validate process of tool calling. This feels like a nice addition too
I don't enjoy "making an app" anymore, AI made it disconnected. But building a medallion architecture with a semantic layer (w/ drizzle-cube.dev/) to make a slack agent actually query complex data within a great price/accuracy/latency has been fun again even with AI support
It bugs me how many sites only show a sign up button and no actual link to their app to login.
I'm forever hitting sign up to then find the micro sized low contrast "Already have an account?" to get a redirect to the same buttoned form minus a "Whats should we call you"

I've done fine with ssdnodes for the last 8 year's. I used hetzner over the same period as ssd didn't have any eu hosts but that has since changed.
They have KVM small 8gb ram, 2vcpu, 160gb SSD for $5.50

Moshi with tmux and moshi-hooks has been perfect for me. I'd pick up herdr but I have tmux dialled in so there isnt a massive gain to be had. Tmux-ressurect and continuum brings it all back across restarts too
Whilst I write less code with AI, the biggest game change for me has been able to automate layers of testing I had to manually execute before.
Recently automating telegram bot testing with a user bot connected to MCP is the feedback loop I didn't need to be

You dropped onto my feed with this. What we cooking? I did some research into dji docks and flytbase a couple of years ago so this has got me interested!

Made me think of my gym skills. I have a pre workout planning skill and a post workout review skill. The post workout skill takes into account any comments to update preferences/observations which the pre-workout skill reads in next time.
Struggling with 5.6 Sol these last few days.. it seems to want to solve world peace before getting on with the job I asked it to do.
Hitting this issue also. Work on x feature results in a "before we can get started I found these 100 other issues unrelated to what we are doing"
I've also found it makes some odd assumptions based on naming conventions used in the code.

Opened the comments just to add the same. You got him.
Out of all the window managers I've been trying.. Niri really just clicks with my brain so well.
A little bit if messing with custom rules for certain windows but that's all.
Alt + tab and allowing to change scope from all to workspace and output is 馃槏
CachOS + Niri seems to be where I've landed after decades on Ubuntu. Tried cosmic on popOS but alt+tab and workspace scoped apps didn't behave as expected. Will be watching closely what comes in epoch 2
