Don’t cast your pearls before swine as they say. You can give someone the most gorgeous visuals and they’ll STILL say “that looks worse than the N64’s flat textures” It’s beautifully implemented and this “fog” isn’t EVERYWHERE.

You know what’s funny? As a gamer, I’m still playing tons of games on my Switch 2 and ENJOYING them. As a collector I’m still displaying my box on a shelf and when I’m over it, I can give it to a friend or sell it! I’ve bought used GKC’s for cheap. It’s great

It should go without saying that Nintendo isn’t a saint and makes terrible choices. But it’s just become a thing to say “Nintendo bad” and not really look into what they’ve done and compare it to others AND all the positive they themselves are doing.

I am excited for this game, being mad you play as her is stupid. But no one is crying about having to play as a female. Lara, Samus, Ellie, Aloy, RE girls, Portal, Nier, Celest, Mirror’s Edge I could go ON and on. It’s not “ew woman I want man”.

It’s a game series that’s built off of being a big strong and aggressive god killer who fans have been following for decades. They’ve been excited for the 3rd game in the series only to have a spinoff. It’s going to be great but it’s understandable.
