I have no trepidation at all today, although if I did I would almost certainly just stop and think - feet, head, shoulders and breathing.
I had this book delivered yesterday ready for the start of my MEd in Autism (Adults) at @unibirmingham on the 20th. I have only scanned through it, but it looks like an invaluable resource to all in the field @JKPautism
