We just got through. They have 13 Servers down at the moment. Obviously the ones doing hosting and DNS etc. They are going to update their website shortly. They have no ETA whatsoever.

Spoke to them after 30 minute wait. Support staff know nothing of real value at the moment and just say they are working on it with no ETA. Didn't expect much else but worth a try.
