ALT El Programa Signature de comercio internacional, transporte y turismo (IT3*) de la secundaria North County crea caminos universitarios y profesionales a través de asociaciones con Anne Arundel Community College, socios comerciales en el aeropuerto BWI, el puerto de Baltimore, las agencias de transporte del estado de Maryland, la Oficina de Turismo de Maryland, asociaciones comerciales y otras organizaciones comunitarias y relacionadas con la industria. ALT North County's International Trade, Transportation, & Tourism (IT3) Signature Program creates college and career pathways through partnerships with Anne Arundel Community College, business partners at BWI Airport, the Port of Baltimore, Maryland state transportation agencies, the Maryland Office of Tourism, international trade associations, and other community and industry-related organizations. These partnerships provide students with job shadowing, mentoring, college courses, internships, and many more opportunities. The Signature Program staff at NCHS is very proud of the program's growth. Over the next two years, the IT3 will have doubled the number of juniors and more than tripled the number of current seniors. Program Facilitator Steve Bernstein and Teacher Lead Michele Levasseur work hard to share and grow the program. Their efforts include going into middle schools to talk with 8th graders and informing the freshman about the program and its opportunities.
