- A 55k salary floor that will increase by 1k for the next two years, meaning our lowest salary floor will be 57k in 2024 for incoming staff - Just cause protections - A 3% annual COLA increase plus work anniversary raises (2/7)

The contract provides many significant gains, including salary minimum increases of at least $10k to all job tiers, 3-month paid professional leave, 5 months paid parental leave, and pay equity salary adjustments as high as $11,200. Here are some of the most exciting highlights:
