Conservative gun nuts don't care about dead kids.
They love the guns more than the lives taken with them.
If you want to stop mass shootings, stop voting Republican.
Miguel Rojas has announced his retirement after more than 2,500 games across 21 professional seasons.
The veteran infielder began his pro career with the Reds organization in 2006 at age 17.
Rojas would go on to play 13 Major League seasons with the Marlins and Dodgers. His veteran presence helped the Dodgers to World Series championships in 2024 and 2025.
Dodgers fans will never forget his legendary game-tying home run in the ninth inning of Game Seven of the 2025 World Series.
Congratulations to Miggy Ro on a remarkable career!

The NRA wants you to focus on how this was stopped, but the focus should be on how it started: a system that allowed a gun in the hands of a 16-year-old. By the time anyone could stop him, a 5-year-old, an 8-year-old, an 11-year-old, and their teacher were already dead. That’s not a reminder of anything except what our leaders failed to prevent.

Alright so what we are not going to do is pretend like the BREWERS are an underdog team in any sense of the word.
This is a perennial playoff team, at worst a top 3 team in the NL year over year, and not to mention THEY WERE THE 1 SEED

Katie Zacharia has been axed! She did less than a Scaramucci! She's now free to go INTO the bar, if she likes.
Miguel Rojas made his mark on and off the field over a 13-year career with the Marlins and Dodgers. He captured two World Series rings, represented his native Venezuela with pride, and worked to advance the rights of players through his role in Players Association leadership. We congratulate him on a distinguished career and wish him continued success in his next chapter!

You would’ve never guessed it at the time, but on October 16, 1983, Orioles catcher Rick Dempsey was named World Series MVP!
Dempsey batted .385 with four doubles and a home run during the five-game series.
Fun fact: Following the final out, Dempsey famously received a congratulatory phone call in the clubhouse from President Ronald Reagan!

A teenager used a gun to murder innocent children.
An educator died in a job that should not be life threatening.
And yet the GOP majority will again resist any meaningful effort to stop the next school shooting.
This is the reality of the current Congress. And it’s heartbreaking.
